Welcome back! Let’s get into the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13, Episode 6 recap. This week’s episode, “Ring Around the Rumor,” introduces us to Kyle’s latest tattoo, and her friend, Morgan Wade. And Kyle and Sutton’s disagreement from last week’s episode continues at Kyle’s weed dinner. Here’s everything that you need to know about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13, Episode 6!
What is going on with Sutton?
Crystal and Dorit stopped by Kyle’s house to chat. This was the first time I have ever related to Kyle thanks to her mountains of unopened mail. Kyle asked for Dorit and Crystal’s take on Sutton’s behavior. Kyle called her “aggressive” and “mean.” The split screen of Kyle impersonating Sutton impersonating Erika was EVERYTHING!
Dorit stated that it wouldn’t be shocking if Sutton poured some vodka into her coffee. Of course, Dorit never drinks alcohol. Just tap water with the three lemons, “carcass out.” Kyle sided with Dorit, but Crystal was skeptical.
Does this ring mean anything?
Sutton and Garcelle met for dinner. Garcelle commented on the amazing coincidence of how Erika’s friends were in the elevator in Vegas. Garcelle also agreed that Kyle’s exercising could be for a reason and that Sutton might have hit close to home. Sutton cares about Kyle, not about Kyle’s marriage or rumors that Mauricio is cheating.
Still, the Georgia peach noticed Kyle’s sapphire and diamond ring, which Kyle confirmed was new. And in her confessional interview, Garcelle noted that Dorit still had her jewelry after the break-in.
A tattoo with you
Kyle went to get a new tattoo without Mauricio’s written consent. Kyle’s friend, Morgan Wade, joined Kyle and the tattoo artist. When Kyle told Morgan that her husband didn’t know how many tattoos she had, Morgan grimaced.
In her confessional, Kyle said that she and Morgan are “very close friends.” They speak every day, and Kyle said that people were surprised by their friendship.
When the tattoo artist asked how they met, Morgan replied, “She stalked me.” Kyle admitted that she did. And Morgan’s ability to be herself felt “freeing” to Kyle. While Kyle sweats the details, Morgan is living in the moment. And Kyle “was taken by that.” If this scene was supposed to cool down those romance rumors, it’s a fail.
Morgan and Kyle are besties
Kyle is having a THC and CBD dinner party. Morgan was surprised since Kyle stated that she didn’t like edibles. Kyle felt pressured into partaking since her RHOBH co-stars were hounding her about giving up alcohol.
Morgan explained that she lost friends when she became sober and that Kyle shouldn’t do anything that she didn’t want to do. You go, Morgan, with the life lessons.
Kyle pointed out that both she and Morgan like to skip alcohol, work out, and get tattoos. Kyle’s new tattoo is on her hip. No chance that Mauricio will notice that, right? And Kyle inked her initial on Morgan’s arm.
She went home and Mauricio was there, along with his new book. When a producer asked why she hadn’t eyeballed her husband’s book, she replied, “I’ll get to it.” Chilly.
She did fess up about the tattoo and showed it off. When Mauricio said that he hoped to see it often, Kyle seemed non-committal.
Welcome to the weed dinner
Kyle’s besties Justin Sylvester and Faye Resnick were the first to arrive. Kyle’s friend, and the show’s newbie housewife Annemarie Wiley, dropped in. Soon after, Sutton showed up with former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey.
It seems like Crystal pegged Annemarie as “nosy” from their previous meetings. And Justin and Kyle did their best Allison DuBois impression from the original dinner party from hell. All in all, the party was off to a good start.
Former RHOBH stars Camille Grammer and Denise Richards also came. Putting Camille and Faye together is a recipe for trouble. Pass the popcorn!
Erika asked Denise if she was prepared to ingest some THC delicacies. According to Denise, she has only ever smoked weed twice and didn’t like it. So, she doesn’t want to partake.
Meanwhile, Camille and Faye were thrilled to be seated across from each other. So much so that Faye quickly changed seats. That was hilarious.
Sutton shared a secret
Sutton pulled Kyle aside right before the ladies sat down. She admitted that she wasn’t herself when Kyle visited. Her ex-husband, Christian Stracke, got a big promotion and was moving to London. He told Sutton that she was moving with him, and their son, James.
She said that he was “powerful globally,” not just in real estate. Take that, Mauricio! So, Sutton was worried that he could take James away.
Instead, Sutton will have James full-time and will need a child support increase. Back to court again with Christian. Did Kyle feel sympathetic? No. Kyle thought it was “an excuse” to cover for Sutton’s meltdowns.
Sutton dragged Kyle for not being honest as Crystal came to herd them to the table. When Erika asked where the hostess was, Sutton piped up, “In denial about something.” I love shady Sutton.
Who is partaking?
Here is the weed tally for your viewing pleasure. Crystal, Kyle, Faye, Camille, Erika, and Dorit were all on board. So, Sutton, Annemarie, Garcelle, and Denise were a hard pass.
Crystal decided that now was the time to clear the air between Sutton and Kyle. Way to kill the chill. Kyle said that Sutton was making “veiled threats.” In return, Sutton accused Kyle of making fun of her issues. Sutton felt like she was open and Kyle wasn’t honest in return.
Sutton finally asked Kyle about her diet and workout schedule. Then Kyle accused Sutton of not eating and pushing food around her plate. Wow!
Let’s talk about Kyle’s marriage
Annemarie popped in to comment that neither Kyle nor Sutton said anything important to each other. What would we do without Annemarie? The newbie is coming on too strong.
Sutton asked Kyle if something was going on in her life. When Annemarie asked what she was referring to, Garcelle said, “Her marriage.” Then Garcelle asked about her new ring. According to Sutton, Kyle’s wedding ring was MIA. No worries, guys. Kyle claimed that it was in the bank. Suddenly. For no reason.
The ladies looked uncomfortable. Garcelle opined that the ring might be a gift from Mauricio after he made a marital misstep. Kyle said that she bought the ring herself. “This seems so inappropriate,” Faye said. No one cares what Faye thought.
Kyle lost her cool. She accused Sutton of insinuating that Mauricio was a cheater. Sutton denied it. Kyle admitted that she and Mauricio had a rough year at the retreat. So, why was Sutton coming for her?
At the end of the episode, Sutton said, “Great Kyle. I’m happy. I am content with all your answers.” I adore snarky Sutton. We will see the conclusion of this relaxing and stress-free dinner next week.
