Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has had an explosive run so far, and based on recent current events, the reunion will be out of this world.
Mary Cosby chatted with a reporter from Extra recently and teased Andy Cohen’s rage during the hours-long filming day. “It’s going to be good,” she said. “It’s going to be really good. I mean, Andy screamed the entire time.”
Before taping the reunion, there was some jaw-dropping chain of events — mainly Heather Gay and Monica Garcia’s lawsuits against each other — that changed the rookie’s relationship with the rest of the cast. Later in her interview, Mary said the only cast member Monica left the reunion in a good place with was her.
“Yep. So, you guys are in for a show. … I’ve got her back. I do,” she said. And that’s why Mary wants to return for RHOSLC Season 5.
Will Mary and Monica team up for RHOSLC Season 5?
Since the reunion will begin airing in the next several weeks, it’s also time for the producers to begin thinking about which Housewives will return for another season.
There has been excellent fan reaction to OGs Heather, Lisa Barlow, Whitney Rose, and Meredith Marks; their contracts are likely on lock. Although Monica only has one ally right now, the drama she stirs in the group is essential to next year’s story, so fans should expect more of her.
As for Mary, the fashionista said she would return for one reason only: “To defend Monica.”
“I think you probably have us for the next season,” she told a reporter from Access Hollywood. “Because I’m her only friend right now.”
For Mary, their relationship is more than just an alliance. “She helped me,” she continued. “I feel like I got us through the first portion, then she rolled us on out.”
Based on some other secrets Mary revealed during her latest night out, it sounds like Mary may be here to stay.
