Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has maintained a good relationship with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. Joe and Teresa share four daughters – Gia Giudice, Gabriella Giudice, Milania Giudice, and Audriana Giudice.
After serving his prison sentence for fraud, Joe was deported to Italy. He later settled in the Bahamas. While their daughters hope that Joe can return to the United States one day, Teresa would also like him and his wallet back in the country.
Now Teresa has plans to meet Joe’s new girlfriend, and it was all her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ idea. It seems that Joe and Louie have a good relationship. And US Weekly has the details.
Teresa’s holiday plans with Joe Giudice and his girlfriend
“We’re going to see Joe. …. [It will be a] family New Year’s Eve,” Teresa explained. “It was [my husband] Louie’s idea. Last year, we spent New Year’s Eve together, we took them to Tulum.”
The RHONJ star continued, “So this year I asked [the kids], ‘Do you want to spend [New Years Eve] with your dad?’ And then they said, ‘We’re going to spend it with dad. We’ll stay with you for Thanksgiving.’ And then Louie said, ‘Babe, you want to go there too? And then we’ll be with them.’ I’m like, ‘Sure,’” Teresa said.
“Listen I’ve known Joe my whole life, we grew up together. I wish him well. I’m going to meet his girlfriend,” Teresa stated. “I used to talk to him when he had girlfriends before [we were married]. So yeah, I’m so over that.”
And she is also bringing one of her co-stars along for the family get-together. “Jennifer Aydin and her family are coming,” Teresa said. Gia explained that her father had already met Jennifer and her family while they were in the Bahamas. Her dad “loved them.”
Teresa said, “Jennifer, she’s my real friend. It’s not like we’re friends just to be on the show. She’s really my friend and she’s amazing,” she added. Good to know.
Real Housewives of New Jersey is expected to return to Bravo in mid-2024.
