Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Don’t Have a Prenup

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been having a challenging year, per multiple reports. Earlier this year, news broke that the pair were headed for divorce after 20 years together. Like other shocking Bravo news, it sent waves through the Bravoverse, prompting the couple to release an official statement

As we’ve said before, it’s the year of Bravo divorces, and this one hurts more than anything.

“In regards to the news that came out about us today … Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue,” they started off. “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”

“There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part,” they said. “Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.”

When they first noted the rumors were untrue, their story was believable. However, now that we’ve seen Mo snuggled up with his Dancing with the Stars partner Emma Slater and Kyle slipping up and using the word divorce at this year’s BravoCon, it’s hard to know who to believe.

Even though Kyle and Mo stand by their claims that they are not divorcing, sources close to the pair have revealed they’re thinking about the separation of assets should it come to that. TMZ has the scoop.

Since Kyle has been Beverly Hills’ top biller for 13 years, we know she’s far from broke. And for Mo — it’s reported that he’s racked up a net worth of $100 million from his real estate business, The Agency.

Both have a few M’s in their bank accounts, but despite the money, cars, and other assets, neither have snagged a lawyer for their potential split. Maybe they are trying to keep things amicable for their family’s sake.

We’ll still be keeping a close watch on their relationship during the latest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And you can, too, on Wednesdays at 8 PM ET on Bravo.
