Kristen Doute and Tom Sandoval had a train wreck of a relationship, which played out and ended badly during the early days of Vanderpump Rules. A lot has happened since then, specifically, Scandoval. Tom ended up being Ariana Madix’s problem for a long time, which we also saw play out and end … very badly.
Kristen remains close to the VPR group since exiting the show and even popped up in Season 10 to support Ariana. It was clear where Kristen stood. However, she says people still continue to ask her questions about Tom. Kristen says she’s only spoken to him once since Scandoval played out. And, she doesn’t plan to speak to OR about him again.
Kristen is over Tom and Scandoval
Kristen and her boyfriend Luke Broderick decided to do an AMA or “Ask Me Anything” segment on the November 1 episode of her podcast, Sex, Love, And What Else Matters. Kristen says she’s still asked about Tom all of the time, and she’s tired of giving him attention.
“Let me get through one of these really quickly because we weren’t going to go there — the Scandoval situation. But we’re just going to say this for the very last time because I honestly don’t feel like giving Tom Sandoval any more airtime [or] any more attention than he’s already getting.”
Now, if we could just get Tom to stop talking about Tom and being all over our TVs, that would be fabulous.
Kristen is strictly Team Ariana, and she gave Tom a “piece of her mind”
Since Tom and Ariana behaved questionably toward each other while he was still with Kristen back in the day, some wondered if Kristen took pleasure in Ariana’s eventual pain. Kristen said that’s not the case at all, and she’s firmly Team Ariana.
“I’m very, very close to Ariana, as you guys know. She’s doing so well. But this is the last thing I’ll say about Tom. I have spoken to him one time in the last almost year since all the Scandoval went down.
Kristen then recounted her conversation with that poo-poo head. We might see it on Season 11 since it was at a messy party.
“[I spoke with Tom Sandoval] at Kyle Chan‘s party that we talked about a few months ago. And I wasn’t rude, but I wasn’t kind. I gave Tom a piece of my mind. I told him exactly how I was feeling. I told him the way I think he should have handled things.”
“I don’t think he really cared how I felt, but I needed to get it off my chest. And that’s that.”
Well, there we have it. I’m going to have to agree with Kristen here. The Tom of it all has gotten exhausting!
Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules is expected to return early next year.
