Congratulations are in order! Just hours after the Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 premiere, Dr. Nicole Martin and fiancé Anthony Lopez dropped a major announcement. They are pregnant with their second child! The RHOM couple took to Instagram to share the exciting news.

“Extra! Extra! Our family is growing,” Nicole wrote on Instagram, along with an adorable video announcing her pregnancy.
In the video, she and Anthony are all smiles and reading a newspaper. The headlines read, “Baby Lopez Coming Soon” and “Baby #2 On The Way,” and there’s a picture of their ultrasound on the front page.
Dr. Nicole and Anthony have been together for eight years. You can feel their excitement about their growing family radiating through the screen. They had their first child, Grayson, back in 2019 and got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2021. They still haven’t officially tied the knot, and they’ve made it clear that they’re in no rush to get married. Adding a new baby to the family during their engagement seems on-brand for this couple.
In the comment section on Instagram, Dr. Nicole’s castmates celebrated the news with words of support. Lisa Hochstein wrote, “I love this!!! And I’m so happy for you both!!!! Congrats love you guys.”
Guerdy Abraira seems like she might be volunteering to babysit, or at least change a diaper. She cheerily added, “AUNTIE GUERDY reporting for duty!!!!!!”
Dr. Nicole is due in April 2024, so we expect to see a full baby bump when she sits down for the Season 6 RHOM reunion.
In the meantime, Season 6 of Real Housewives of Miami is airing new episodes on Bravo, Wednesdays at 9/8c.
