After Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval cheated on his longtime love Ariana Madix with her friend, Rachel Leviss, he didn’t have many fans. Former Pump Rules star Jax Taylor wasn’t on good terms with Sandoval after he exited the show. But once news of Scandoval broke, Jax was one of Sandoval’s most vocal critics. After all, it takes a cheater to know a cheater, right, Jax?
Let’s not forget that Jax and his wife, Brittany Cartwright, hosted a “Watch With” Pump Rules show on Peacock. They were brought out of the reality TV shadows by Scandoval.
And Jax recently competed on the show House of Villains. He was the first person kicked off. Jax didn’t understand the concept of strategy. Brittany and Jax also landed a VPR spinoff, along with former co-star Kristen Doute. All thanks to Sandoval’s inability to stay faithful.
So, Jax has changed his tune about his former bestie. He now believes that “everybody can be redeemed,” even Sandoval. Once again, Jax should know. Recently, Jax and Sandoval reunited for the first time. E! News has the scoop.
Did Jax and Sandoval hug it out at their reunion?
Now, this is a reunion years in the making. And their first meeting since Scandoval. “I do finally get the chance to have a talk with Tom, you’ll see. Three weeks ago, four weeks ago is when we talked for the first time after all this,” Jax explained. “I was trying to figure out how I was going to approach Tom, because I haven’t seen him in such a long time. He’s called me out on so many different things after this all happened.”
If you were wondering what went down at this meeting, Jax isn’t giving up the goods. “It could have gone one way or it could have gone in another and you’ll just have to see.” Perhaps Sandoval filmed with Jax for the new spinoff series.
And Jax does hope that Sandoval finds redemption after the chaos that he caused. “I think you have to hit rock bottom to work your way back up. Take it from somebody who knows. I think he has a way,” Jax stated. “I don’t know if he’s going to figure it out, but I hope so.”
He continued, “I hope the best for him. You always wanna see people do well.”
A reunion between Jax and Sandoval? Now that is a must-see moment.
