Horrible things come in many forms and sometimes those forms have big blonde wigs. Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak knows something about big wigs and doing horrible things.
While she has (allegedly) recklessly gambled most of her family’s money away, she’s also managed to lose almost everything. Kroy Biermann is no prize either, as both seem to have an aversion to work. Thanks to both of them, they’ve lost their home and are in debt to the IRS for approximately $1 million.
Kim and Kroy are kurrently in kourt and it’s not going great. Now, because of her actions, Kim is begging and pleading to not lose her home. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Kim’s most pathetic moment yet. Radar has the details.
How low can she go? Pretty damn low …
I’ve told my boss if the judge allows this, I’m going to quit and begin leading a life of crime because I’ve heard everything at this point. Kim and Kroy, both largely jobless and wholly self-serving are pleading with the courts for an injunction to block the bank from foreclosing on their over-priced home.
Legal docs show the “estranged” couple are still living together because neither have the sense to move on. They’ve continued to have both verbal and physical disagreements in front of their children with multiple calls to law enforcement. That said, they’ve continued a sexual relationship and a judge had to order them not to sleep in the same bed. They truly do deserve each other but the kids deserve better.
This amazing duo filed a complaint for injunction and a temporary restraining order against Truist Bank. Can you believe this shit? Kim and Kroy claim they are still battling over property and the “only asset of value” is the McMansion.
Truist Bank has “initiated a nonjudicial foreclosure proceeding” because Kim and Kroy can’t pay their bills. Kim would rather gamble and Kroy would rather sit there and stare straight ahead watching Cheech and Chong movies. The fact of the matter is, they did this to themselves and now they’re crying about it.
The McMansion is supposedly going to auction on November 7, 2023. These winning members of society are begging the judge to call off the bank because they will suffer “immediate and irreparable injury in that to allow defendant to continue with the foreclosure would thwart the spirit and intention of the Order issued in the divorce case in order to preserve the marital estate.”
And to that, I say GOOD. Here’s the real kicker, Kim is telling the courts they can’t take her beloved McMansion because her poor little babies will be homeless. These are the same kids she fights in front of and traumatizes on a regular basis. Now she’s going to use them to HER advantage and there’s something intrinsically wrong with her thought process.
The affidavit
She submitted an affidavit that read,“I am writing this affidavit today with a sense of urgency and a sincere request for your understanding and assistance in a matter of great importance to my family.” Lady, get a job.
It continued, “Our primary concern revolves around the home that we share, in which we have invested not only our finances but also our memories. The bank holds the mortgage for this property. and we are also burdened with a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) and unresolved IRS obligations.” Was she concerned when she paid $30k for a new vajayjay?
“Kroy and I will face insurmountable financial hardships, and the most devasting consequence will be the impact on our children, who would be left homeless.” It takes a lot of balls to ruin your own life and then gaslight the court.
