Tom Schwartz Gives Update on Brother Brandon’s Cancer Battle

Tom Schwartz may be dealing with reality TV drama, but more important than all of that is his brother, Brandon. The Vanderpump Rules cast has not had an easy year. Many of them have expressed their challenges since Season 10’s end, but perhaps none has had quite as difficult a time as Schwartz when things are put into perspective.
