It’s not just Jenna Lyons who likes to fly first class … Erin Lichy was just spotted in first class! One of Erin’s most egregious offenses during Season 14 of The Real Housewives of New York happened after she visited Jenna Lyons, who was fresh out of a pretty serious dental surgery that was necessary because of the toll that incontinentia pigmenti had taken on her teeth. The disease also affects her hair and skin.
Jenna and Erin discussed the cast’s upcoming trip to Anguilla. Jenna shared with Erin that she would be heading down earlier than everyone else so she could get a tan and feel better about her uneven skin. She added that it was a bonus that she’d also get to fly first class that way. Everyone else was flying together in coach. Most of us probably thought “she’s Jenna effing Lyons, why wouldn’t she be flying first class?”
Erin left out the part about Jenna’s skin, only mentioning her flying first class when she told the ladies. This annoyed them. Audiences were more annoyed that she had thrown Jenna under the bus without giving context. Now, all things come back around, and Erin has annoyed everybody all over again. This time, for flying first class herself, with her husband Abe Lichy.
Erin Lichy follows Jenna Lyons’ first class lead
A source told Page Six that Erin and Abe were flying home from Cancún, Mexico on Monday afternoon in first class on a Delta flight. The two were sitting in the first two seats in the first row and were dressed casually. Erin was spotted “wearing minimal makeup, jeans and white slides.”
It seems that Erin was feeling so casual that she committed the commercial flight sin of taking her slides off. She propped her bare barking dogs up on the wall.
The source even roasted Erin by calling her a “patasucia.” It’s an insult that translates from Spanish to “dirty foot.” Erin and Abe were “sweet” when chatting with a fan who noticed them, according to the source.
Everyone on that flight should just be glad that Erin and Abe didn’t act on their constantly mentioned desire to have sex with each other!
Erin did apologize to Jenna for telling the ladies about her flying first class and not mentioning that it was because of her skin issue on Part 1 of the RHONY reunion. Part 2 airs Sunday, October 29 at 9/8c on Bravo.
