New Bravo Reunion Hosts Who Would Be Better Than Andy Cohen

Andy Cohen has long been the face of Bravo. The network, which can be argued is the father of two’s pride and joy, has spawned numerous franchises. But like everything else, sometimes a refresh is needed. Bravo has already taken to remaking beloved franchises like the Real Housewives of New York City, but is it time to start thinking about Andy’s replacement? We think so. Here are a few people we think could take over the couch as new Bravo reunion hosts.

Michael Rapaport

The former Boston Public actor was an unknown fan of the Real Housewives but has recently made it known over the last few years of his undying devotion to the ladies and their drama. Michael Rapaport is coarse, blunt, and funny—a nicer Howard Stern, perhaps? The 53-year-old super fan could be the perfect host to hit back at those tough Bravo housewives and pull out the information that viewers are longing to hear.

It helps that he is already friendly with many of the cast, too. The New Yorker is attending BravoCon 2023 and is sure to rub elbows with a few more Bravo stars in hopes of them opening up to him. Michael and Andy have good working relations, and he has also appeared on Watch What Happens Live numerous times. So, if Andy ever decided to hand over the crown, Michael could be a great choice.

Kelly Ripa

The New Jersey native and her husband already get mistaken for Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge, so it wouldn’t be too hard to imagine Kelly Ripa as the Bravo reunion host. The mother is already an excellent TV host of a popular morning show and knows how to deal with temperamental guests.

It would also be pretty interesting to get Kelly’s perspective as a woman when it comes to all the drama. Kelly has long been a fan of Bravo shows, and ironically, it turns out her son, Michael, is working on the Real Housewives of New Jersey and the Real Housewives of New York City. To say it is a full-circle moment may be a bit of an understatement, but this is a woman who definitely embraces all things Bravo.

Judge Judy

Now, this woman would know how to settle a score between even the most contentious Bravolebrities. The American University graduate has no time for bull and lives in reality, as she usually calls the shots as she sees it.

If the Bravo reunion attendees started to fight, all Judy would have to do is go ”Bupbupbupbup,” and there would be silence. Her quick one-liners would stun any cast member into submission. Judge Judy wouldn’t let the Bravo stars yell and talk over her or each other and would undoubtedly ask for the receipts!

Larry David

Now, we don’t know if Larry David has ever even watched a Bravo show, but he would definitely be a hoot to watch corral the stars of the network’s shows. As the co-creator of Seinfeld, Larry knows a thing or two when it comes to a show about nothing, but hey, if it isn’t broken, why fix it!?

Andy has already embodied multiple Larry memes, so having the actual guy host makes sense. I genuinely love this idea and will probably be spending every Bravo reunion from now on just wondering how Larry would handle each situation.

Bethenny Frankel

This idea might be the most far-fetched. Bethenny Frankel has recently burned every bridge she had with Bravo, including going after Andy. However, the Skinnygirl founder would be soooooo good.

Bethenny is known for taking no guff and is blunt as hell. She has personal experience being a housewife and, quite frankly, might be the perfect host. There is no doubt that Bethenny would mention it all when grilling her former co-stars and other Bravo cast members.

Leah Remini

A former member of Scientology, Leah Remini, knows how to deal with a cult following. Back in 2022, word on Rodeo Drive was that Leah was in talks about becoming the next star of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The 90s actress already admitted to loving anything Bravo, and her hosting skills are on point after standing in for Wendy Williams. Leah is funny and approachable, which could give her an edge when it comes to quizzing Bravo stars.
