Tinsley’s super secret engagement
According to insiders, Tinsley is engaged to a man named Robert Bovard. If that name doesn’t ring a bell, you’re not alone. Tinsley has fully shifted into private life, and it seems like this guy is just a regular businessman from the South — right up Tinsley’s alley.
