Real Housewives of Atlanta has far surpassed every other Real Housewives franchise when it comes to spinoffs. Some of the most notable RHOA spinoffs include Don’t Be Tardy, The Kandi Factory, I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding, and Kandi’s Ski Trip.
Kim Zolciak was the first RHOA star to inspire a spinoff. Her show, Don’t Be Tardy, premiered on Bravo in April 2012. The first season, titled Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding, followed Kim and football star Kroy Biermann as they prepared for their upcoming nuptials. The subsequent seasons followed the daily lives of Kim and her family. The show aired on Bravo for eight seasons, ending in May 2021. Kim has since filed for divorce from Kroy, but later called it off.
