The impact of Tamra Judge’s return to the Real Housewives of Orange County has been immediately evident. No one creates drama in the OC quite like Tammy Sue. She’s back to goofing off with Shannon Beador and stirring up drama among her friend group. Truthfully, Tamra’s doing her job better than anyone, and as a viewer, I am grateful.
Tamra was central to more than one dramatic storyline on the latest RHOC episode. I won’t even get into how she threw her “friend” Jennifer Pedranti under the bus and reversed back over her. Tammy was also involved in the Oklahoma movie drama between Taylor Armstrong and Heather Dubrow. See guys? RHOC really is back to the good old days.
Tamra was at the center of the IMDb gate. Based on the scene, she was just as guilty as Taylor for throwing shade at Heather’s acting credits. However, Fancy Pants based her loyalty on the length of her friendships, and Tamra won for now. This was loud and clear during a scene during the most recent RHOC episode where she sided with Tamra over her newer pal Gina Kirschenheiter.
Tamra Judge escapes Fancy Pants’ wrath — for now
During the most recent episode, Tamra asked Taylor point-blank if she thought that they were making fun of Heather’s IMDb page. Taylor self-admitted that they were being sarcastic, but Tamra was asking the question rhetorically as a tool to call out Gina. “I hear there’s a lot of chatter saying that we were making fun of her,” Tamra said and called out Gina Casita to her face.
A flashback revealed that Gina previously went to Heather to warn her about Tamra “maligning” her career. “She’s taking shots at Emily [Simpson], she’s taking some shots at me,” Gina said in the flashback. Fancy Pants took that information and ran right back to Tamra with it in a separate flashback, which is how Tamra’s shady moment came to be.
When Tamra brought up Gina’s gossip, Heather continued to back up the friend she’s known for longer. “Checking on me’s great, but honestly, you kind of made it out like there’s a pattern and there’s a thing,” Heather said to Gina. I’m in shock that Tamra is getting off without even a slap on the wrist for shading Heather’s creds.
Gina, however, was well aware of the way Tammy Sue operates. She seemed more shocked that Heather blindly rejected the idea that Tamra might have said something snarky. “I’m checking on my friend like friends should do,” Gina said. “At this point, like, honestly, I think maybe Heather’s not even from New York.” Have I mentioned that I am loving all of this petty RHOC drama? Keep it coming, ladies.
