Vanderpump Rules Star Scheana Shay’s Lawyer Admits Scheana Pushed Raquel Leviss

Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay’s lawyer’s tune has changed regarding the infamous Scandoval confrontation between Scheana and fellow VPR star Raquel Leviss. Neama Rahmani clarified that Scheana did get physical, but only after Raquel allegedly put her hand on Scheana.

Neama gave Scheana’s version of what happened to Page Six while notedly calling Raquel by her legal name, Rachel (lol). He explained, “Scheana didn’t punch Rachel. Rachel didn’t get a black eye. Scheana pushed Rachel but only after Rachel grabbed her wrist, and Rachel did not suffer a concussion.”

Neama continued, “This isn’t reality TV. This is the real world, and Rachel’s actions have real consequences. Rachel filed a false police report, a false medical report and a frivolous petition for a restraining order.”

As we know, the alleged dispute occurred as Scheana found out about Raquel’s affair with fellow cast member Tom Sandoval. Raquel was on the phone with VPR star Ariana Madix who was devastated having just found out about the affair.

In Raquel’s filing, she claimed Scheana “pushed her against a brick wall” causing “injury” to the back of her head. She also claimed that Scheana “punched” her in the face causing injury to her left eye. Photos of the injury showed a cut on her eyebrow and a dark mark on the same eye.

Days after obtaining a temporary restraining order, and one day after the reunion taping, Raquel dropped the order. Despite this, Raquel and Scheana still had a hearing scheduled for March 29, 2023. Scheana went to the hearing and posted about it on her Instagram Story. Raquel was a no-show.

Neama pulled no punches, explaining “When Rachel realized that she would lose in court and that she couldn’t just drop it, she decided to not show up at all.” He continued, “We were prepared to expose Rachel’s lies, but instead she will have to live knowing that she betrayed two of her best friends: Scheana and Ariana.”

He added, “Instead of accepting responsibility for her actions, Rachel shamefully tried to misuse our justice system to shift blame to Scheana. We are happy that Scheana is now vindicated.”

Raquel’s rep explained, “Scheana and her attorney were notified from the reunion that Raquel wasn’t moving forward with the RO. The court was notified by Raquel’s counsel that we were not attending and are not moving forward and we had filed the paperwork requested by the court clerk, which has been stamped and received.” They also referred to Scheana attending Wednesday’s hearing as a “grandstand”.

Raquel’s rep added, “At least he finally admits there was physicality involved, and Raquel stands by her initial statement that Scheana punched her in the face supported by photos of her bruised eyebrow bone and slashed eyebrow — not the dark circles that Scheana is trying to deflect toward.”

Scheana’s rep countered those claims, stating “The judge made no mention of any communications or filings from Rachel to the court regarding how she would like to proceed in the case. Any statements from Rachel’s camp to the contrary are inconsistent with the judge’s ruling on the matter.”

The restraining order may be dropped, but it’s evident from this back and forth that these two are far from good as gold.
