Real Housewives Of New Jersey’s Joe Gorga Sued For Nearly $111K In Unpaid Construction Costs

Joe Gorga may have to appear in court and you’ll never believe– actually, you’ll totally believe why. According to Life & Style, Joe is being sued for nearly $111,000 over unpaid construction costs on his new build home in New Jersey.

At this point, hearing another rumor that Joe Gorga & Company allegedly doesn’t pay people is par for the course. Stories have floated around about this guy and his shady business practices for several years. During the Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 11 reunion, Jennifer Aydin dropped the bomb that even the Gorgas’ bestie, Margaret Josephs, heard the street’s mumblings that Joe doesn’t pay up

Additionally, former RHONJ star Jacqueline Laurita said she’s heard the rumors. “I’ve heard those rumors many years. But then I — I think I had this talk with Joe before about the rumors actually a long time ago, and the way he was trying to explain it to me was when you’re in the business he’s in… in contracting, or construction, or whatever, you hire people to do jobs and if they don’t do the job right, then maybe you don’t pay them.”

Hmm, it sounds like maybe Joe and Shereé Whitfield have taken a page out of each others’ book. Both are shady business owners unable to accept credit or own any malpractices they’ve been part of

Joe is being over his New Jersey home, which he and his family moved into in November 2022. Per the legal documents, the Gorgas hired The Country Concrete Corporation to work on their home between the months of September 2021 and January 2022.

In November 2022, Joe was initially sued for a little over $30K for alleged unpaid construction costs. The Morristown Lofts Development LLC is also named in the suit. When the company’s original complaint was amended after filing, the cost skyrocketed to $110,972.58. According to The Country Concrete Corporation, they reportedly offered Joe several chances to pay his debt but he couldn’t cough up the big bucks

As of right now, there’s no court date set. But even then, the company is demanding “a trial by jury.” Maybe we could see the Gorgas finally held accountable for their alleged lying, cheating, and stealing.
