The audacity of the men of Vanderpump Rules will never cease to amaze me. Tom Sandoval took my absolute distrust of the Pump Rules men to the next level. In case you’ve been living under a rock, we’re living in the age of #Scandoval, baby. It was revealed that Sandy fooled us all, especially his longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix. He cheated FOR MONTHS with Raquel Leviss. It was all happening right under our noses. Meanwhile, we were all cheering on this man’s lame cover band like he was some kind of rock star. It’s all-around embarrassing.
The news of Raquel and Sandoval’s affair has been maddening. Most of the cast, past and present, is siding with Ariana. Raquel has made it her entire storyline on Season 10 of Pump Rules that she wants to hook up with Tom Schwartz, which already made her a target. Now with the news of the affair, she’s being exposed for being a real bambi-eyed b-word, in the words of Lala Kent.
Since we learned of the affair, it’s been a full-time job dissecting the Raquel and Sandoval of it all. Thankfully, Bravo is extending VPR Season 10 to capture all of the drama in real time for us. You would think that after being exposed, Tom and Raquel would lay low for a while. Maybe do some behind-the-scenes strategizing to try and save their careers. Thanks to some eagle-eyed paparazzi, we know that this devious couple’s nerve knows no bounds. Maybe they really are meant for each other.
Page Six reports that Sandoval was spotted sneaking over to Raquel’s apartment late at night after news of #Scandoval broke. He tried to be “under cover” in a hat and an all-black outfit. This man is probably getting some sick satisfaction from the attention. He clearly is only worried about himself and his image. Just look at his pathetic Notes App apology that doesn’t even mention Ariana by name. Maybe he secretly wanted to get caught making more bad decisions. It’s sick.
Apparently, Sandoval’s little late-night rendezvous happened after a tense day of filming. Earlier in the day, he and Ariana allegedly sat down in front of the cameras to talk everything out. The word on the street is that Sandoval is taking little to no responsibility, which isn’t at all surprising.
He’s in for a rude awakening at the VPR reunion, if he even has the courage to show up. Lala and DJ James Kennedy are going to have a field day trashing Raquel and Sandoval for all of this nonsense. All I know is that while this absolutely sucks for Ariana, she’s obviously going to be better off in the long run. She needed to get away from this f-boy for good.
