Women supporting other women! Just a few days after Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s daughter Sami Sheen joined OnlyFans, Denise took the jump herself. She announced the news on her Instagram page. Denise wrote, “Ready…here we go.” Then shared a link to subscribe to her content on the site for $25/month. She got plenty of love in the comments, and now she has her friend Garcelle Beauvais speaking out in support of her. The two have been friends for years and Garcelle was the only one in Denise’s corner during her one tumultuous season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And Garcelle is going to continue sticking by her friend.
As reported by E! News, Garcelle admitted she was surprised by Denise’s decision to join OnlyFans at first. During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Garcelle told host Andy Cohen, “I’m surprised, I really am.” She added, “But I think she’s doing it in support of her daughter.”
While Charlie was not initially on board with Sami’s choice to join, Denise changed his mind. He explained that Denise “has illuminated a variety of salient points, that in my haste, I overlooked and dismissed.” He continued, “Now more than ever, it’s essential that Sami have a united parental front to rely upon, as she embarks on this new adventure. From this moment forward, she’ll have it abundantly.”
For her part, Denise was always on board with Sami’s decision to be a part of the adult platform. Denise said, “This decision wasn’t based on whose house she lives in. All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgement, but she makes her own choices.”
Garcelle echoed the same statement of support, but did have some unanswered questions. She wondered, “I don’t know what her content is going to be, because when I think of OnlyFans, I feel it’s, like, body parts.” Garcelle went on to ask Andy if he had seen Denise’s account. He misunderstood and replied, “During COVID, I did a deep dive.” Andy clarified that he meant OnlyFans in general, not Denise’s account. He then laughed, “No! I have not seen Denise!”
WWHL’s other guest for the night, Ziwe, a well-known comedian, proposed that Garcelle start her own OnlyFans. Garcelle quickly responded, “My kids would kill me!” Her adult son, Oliver Saunders, nodded in agreement from the audience.
