Things between Caroline Stanbury and Chanel Ayan are heating up. The feud between the two on Real Housewives of Dubai has spilled over to social media. The two have gone back and forth, mainly about Caroline’s much younger boyfriend (now husband). But Caroline is now clapping back at Chanel for some recent comments that she made about their relationship.
As reported by Reality Blurb, Caroline took to the podcast Getting Real with the Housewives to slam Chanel. Caroline said that Chanel needs to “keep her opinions to herself.” Caroline also noted that she finds Chanel’s comments “sad.” And that she shouldn’t “belittle” another woman’s relationship for relevance.
Caroline continued, “I think Ayan needs to talk about things she knows about and keep her opinions to herself, frankly. I find it sad that a woman from anyone’s age group or whatever has to sort of belittle somebody else’s relationship to rise themselves and also comment on someone else’s relationship. She knows nothing about mine. So, I suggest as she goes along, she learns a little bit more before she opens her mouth.”
Chanel recently took aim at Caroline’s marriage to Sergio Carrallo, who is 20 years her junior. On an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Chanel called their union an “internship marriage.” When asked what she admired about the two, she said that they really love each other. Then quickly added, “in front of cameras.”
On social media, Chanel also accused Sergio of using Caroline for fame. She commented on a post, “My husband just started instagram and not everyone’s husband wants to be famous.”
In another social media spat, Chanel took to Twitter to call out Caroline for being a “snake.” In the now deleted tweet, Chanel wrote “She is definitely the snake in the desert, Caroline Stanbury, that bites hard. I am angryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.” Chanel went on, “She slithers, she slides around. I think it’s just because of the comment that she had put out, and I’m the type of person that just says what is on my mind and I just go for it sometimes without even thinking clearly. So, I just say how I feel at the moment.”
But Caroline intends to remain unbothered by haters when it comes to Sergio. She recently shared, “I think it’s really sad that people think a young guy can’t fall in love with an older woman, that it has to be fake and it has to be something else. I think I’m quite hot! People will see that he really, really, really loves me. If anything, he’s guilty of loving me a little too much.”
