The award for pettiest Instagram post of the week goes to – Lala Kent! The Vanderpump Rules star is no stranger to being petty in general. But this time, she decided to take a swipe at former fiance Randall Emmett while she was in Nashville for her podcast’s live tour.
Lala recently posted two photos of herself on Instagram during her stay in Nashville. She captioned the photos, “You rocked my world, Nashville. I loved staying at @graduatehotels. Three more shows left for the Give Them Lala Live tour! See y’all soon!” The first photo featured her on a couch at her hotel, throwing up the peace sign. And the second one…well, it shows her walking across the street in front of a bar. It was a remake of the photo that surfaced of Randall, sparking cheating rumors and resulted in the last straw for Lala. Back in October, an Instagram account posted a photo of what appears to be Randall, presumably out partying with two women who weren’t Lala.
When news got back to Lala, she deleted all photos of him on her social media and posted herself moving out. Lala recalled of seeing the photo, “It was seven months [after their daughter Ocean Kent Emmett’s birth], it was him just walking across the street with two girls and my intuition was just like, you couldn’t ignore it. I immediately was like, sick to my stomach.” She added, “Something’s wrong. This person is not who you think he is. And my intuition was absolutely correct.” It was at that point that Lala realized she knew one of the women in the picture. Lala claimed that Randall met the woman at a nightclub in Miami, the same month she gave birth to Ocean.
Since Lala pieced it all together and moved out, the two have had a super messy, super public breakup. While Randall has vowed not to speak negatively of Lala, she has done no such thing. She’s shared everything from what sex was like with him, to claiming that she used to get calls from people trying to collect money from him.
At this point, Lala has cut off all communication with Randall. She revealed that they only talk about Ocean though a parenting app. And that she wants “zero contact” with him. She shared back in February that she was dating multiple men. Most recently, she admitted that she was out and about with newly single Katie Maloney. Said Lala, “Katie and I have always been extremely close, but now we’re on the prowl together so it’s fun.”
