It’s a wrap! Not just for season 16 of Real Housewives of Orange County, but on Heather Dubrow and Noella Bergener’s relationship. We watched all season as the two fought over pretty much anything. But Noella really dug her own grave with Heather when she claimed that Heather slammed people into walls while filming her now infamous sushi party.
Heather vehemently denied the claim and the fight escalated on the cast trip to Aspen. Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter were there to back Heather up. Noella had….erm. Sort of Shannon Beador? Either way, Noella and Heather left the season at each other’s throats and Heather deemed Noella a “thirsty girl” and “inauthentic.”
Now Heather is revealing just how inauthentic she believes Noella is with some behind the scenes tea. As reported by Reality Blurb, Heather spilled it on a recent episode of her podcast, Heather Dubrow’s World. Heather began by explaining Noella’s behavior after the cameras were down on their Aspen trip. Said Heather, “You notice she’s the only cast member not in that video? She went into the corner and sat with our producer the whole time. [She] never hung out with us.”
Heather also divulged that on the last day of filming, Noella tried to bury the hatchet – once the cameras were down. According to Heather, after the finale dinner, the cast went back at their vacation home and continued to hang out and enjoy themselves in their pajamas. That’s when Noella approached Heather. Heather recalled, “We’re off-camera, done filming. And then out of nowhere, it’s like 3:30 in the morning, 4 in the morning, Noella walks up to me and goes, ‘Hey, can we start over?’”
But Heather wasn’t in the forgiving mood. She went on, “I go, ‘No. No. No well can’t. Are you out of your mind?’ like in a totally normal, like, ‘The season’s over can we start over?’ And I just went, ‘No,’ and I walked away.” Whoopsies, Noella. It was a rookie mistake to try and make amends with the person you’ve been coming for all season. Doesn’t she know the reunion is when you’re supposed to pretend to make up?
Heather also pointed out how hypocritical Noella was when it came to discussing material things. Said Heather, “She says I brag about things but she’s always giving digits, always talking about how much the clothes cost and this costs, and it’s 100-acre, she has to be very specific about all of that — and that’s okay.”
Finally, Heather took issue on Noella’s contradictory statements throughout the season. One example she used was when Noella took off her rings on two different occasions on account of her divorce. Heather also noted Noella’s stated intentions on the cast trip changed multiple times. Heather wondered, “Which is it? Did you go there to heal and check out? Or do you just need to have some fun?”
