Teresa Giudice really outdid herself during the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast trip to Nashville, Tennessee. Not quite to the level of the table-flipping incident in Season 1 that immortalized her forever in Real Housewives history. Clearing the table onto Margaret Josephs came a close second though. And since Bravo seems to condone physical altercations when it comes to their money-Tre, it may not be the last. Especially considering that Margaret and Teresa were not able to resolve their differences during the Season 12 reunion.
In fact, relationships between cast members got so bad that even Teresa’s sister-in-law Melissa Gorga is not speaking with her. Certainly, Teresa putting Melissa in the middle of her conflict with Margaret didn’t help. At least that’s what the Envy owner herself told Andy Cohen during a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live.
In good WWHL fun, Melissa participated in a diversion meant to harvest some tea and spill it to viewers. During a game called, “Who Will It Be: Marge or Tre,” People reported that Melissa was asked if she had spoken to Teresa since filming the reunion. Melissa answered that she had not, though she actively communicates with Margaret and call her “more loyal” than her sister-in-law.
Perhaps, given the current state of their relationship, it’s good that Teresa didn’t include Melissa in her wedding to fiance Louis Ruelas this summer. There’s no way Teresa had so much insight when she revealed her decision on WWHL last month. Certainly, this duo have been in conflict many times during their RHONJ tenure. Maybe Tre just wanted to play it safe.
Teresa joked, “Don’t make a big deal. I mean, come on. I guess so, I mean, hello! We’re on national TV.” The reality TV star knows what the viewers want, and it’s not tranquil waters and camaraderie within the cast.
To her credit, Melissa knew to be gracious in her reaction to the news. During an episode of her podcast, On Display from Podcast One, Melissa revealed, “Yes, I watched Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and I did find out on TV that I’m not gonna be in Teresa’s wedding and I’m not a bridesmaid, which I’m okay with, I’m fine with. I understand, to each their own.”
“I pretty much assumed that,” Melissa added, “but I guess my big caution is, are her new sisters-in-law in the wedding? Is it a no-fam wedding other than the four daughters? Her four, beautiful daughters and a couple of her friends? If that’s the case, that makes perfect sense.”
That remains to be seen. But one thing is certain, Teresa has little desire to resolve conflict with her cast-members. She is happily ensconced in her love bubble, and no expectations of personal accountability can ruin her bliss.
TELL US- WHAT DO YOU THINK OF TERESA’S AND MELISSA’S RELATIONSHIP CURRENTLY? SHOULD TERESA HAVE INCLUDED MELISSA IN HER BRIDAL PARTY? HOW SHOULD TERESA DEAL WITH THE OTHER CAST MEMBERS?
