The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion promises to be a good one. Word on the street is Margaret Josephs and Teresa Giudice are no longer speaking since filming wrapped. Personally, that works great for me. This entire re-hashing of the Evan Goldschneider rumor from Season 11 is a bit stale for my tastes. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; Teresa isn’t going to admit she’s wrong. We don’t have to like it, but can we at least stop giving her airtime about it?
During an episode of Watch What Happens Live over a year ago Tre admitted she heard the infamous Evan cheating rumor from someone involved in the show. She was very non-specific about who – leaving interpretation WIDE open. She specifically said she did not hear the rumor from her “friend group” she heard it “from [the] group, that’s on the show.” She added, “I’m not a backstabber, I’m not shady like that. I’m not gonna say where I heard it from because it’s in our group.”
Well, All About The Real Housewives may now know who the mystery gossip is! Their “New Jersey sources” have shared the reunion taping was intense. They said, “A bomb was dropped at the reunion regarding the whole Jackie [Goldschneider] and Evan cheating rumor. The rumor was brought up to compare to what Margaret did to Jennifer [Aydin], which is when Teresa reveals that it was Joe Gorga who even told her about the rumor, to begin with.” So much for sticking with her blood!
Of course, Joey G wasn’t going to miss any camera time. He’s got a reputation to uphold! He was front and center during the entire reveal. The source added, “Teresa told everyone that it was Joe who told her but that no one really believed it. Joe Gorga denied his involvement, but Teresa had no reason to lie about this. She is over the drama with her family. She doesn’t want to fight anymore.”
The source also shared, “Things got so heated that Joe Gorga threatened to quit the show and walked off the reunion set. Andy [Cohen] pleaded with Teresa to speak to her brother, and she did.” Let me guess. Joe will find it in his heart to come back to the national stage on his sisters behalf. That is, if any of this is true. No cast member has confirmed the reunion meltdown just yet!
