Raquel and James Kennedy have barely broken up. They might still be friends, but you know there’s some serious shade there, what with the whole “unengagement party” of it all. Not to mention James has no problem flaunting new boo, Ally Lewber all over Instagram. Nothing discreet about his actions.

According to Page Six, Raquel has finally had her first date, post-breakup. And it was with none other than Peter Madrigal. You know the only Pump Rules star who actually worked at SUR. Just saying. The same Peter who at one time dated Stassi Schroeder pre Jax Taylor era. And Katie Maloney, but who’s counting? At least this means his obsession with Vicki Gunvalson must be over. No?
Not gonna lie, I could totally see Peter and Raquel as a couple. Talking to Katie on her You’re Gonna Love Me podcast, Raquel was clear that at this point it’s just been one date. So, don’t go getting your hopes up yet.
“It was one friendly date, but no one else has asked me out on a date. So, this is literally the first person who asked me out on a date, and I said, ‘Why not? It’s good practice after five years. It is scary, but it [is] also invigorating.”

I guess this puts to bed all the Raquel and Nema Vand rumors. Considering Nema used to date Scheana Shay, this isn’t a bad thing. Since currently Raquel is living in one of Scheana and Brock Davies‘ homes. That could get awkward.
Raquel also shared that, “I figured this would be a good opportunity for me to just get back out into the dating world because I haven’t had an official date since the breakup. So, when [Peter] asked me to go grab drinks with him, I was like, ‘OK, sure.'” That’s all well and fine but will there be a second date? These are the things I need to know.
