Dolores Catania Real Housewives Of New Jersey

Dolores Catania Said That Teresa Giudice Inspired Her Third Breast Augmentation

Out of all the ladies on Real Housewives of New Jersey, I think that Dolores Catania is the most down-to-earth. Dolores thrives on her family and her charitable endeavors. During the coronavirus pandemic, Dolores worked with local organizations to donate much-needed medical supplies, shoes, and food to front-line workers at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. Dolores grew up in Paterson, and if you really piss her off, “Paterson Dolores” comes out.

Last season on RHONJ, Dolores was recognized for her work encouraging women to obtain mammograms. She received the Ambassador of Hope award. Dolores received the award in her kitchen because of the pandemic.

Dolores seems like such a kind person. She crashed the wedding of a TMZ camera man. She happened to be at the same location and chatted and took photos with the guests. She even gifted the bride and groom $250 via Venmo. That is so sweet!

Dolores is also passionate about her cosmetic procedures. Dolores is an open book about what she has done, which is refreshing–especially among the Housewives.

During the Season 11 RHONJ premiere, Dolores’ boyfriend, Dr. David Principe, confronted Dolores about having liposuction and a tummy tuck without telling him until the last minute. David wasn’t happy because he doesn’t like elective procedures, but Dolores doesn’t answer to him. Or live in his house. Let’s face facts. Dolores and her ex-husband, Frank Catania, will be roomies forever.

In March of 2021, Dolores revealed that she had a new vagina. No word on what David thinks about that particular procedure. She also revealed other procedures that she has had. “I’ve had lipo, I had a breast augmentation, I had a Brazilian butt lift, and, like I told you, I had a facelift,” Dolores commented. She has added a thigh lift to her cosmetic wish list for the future.

According to People, Dolores told RealSelf that bestie Teresa Giudice inspired her third breast augmentation. Dolores stated, “I was looking around at boobs all the time, to see which ones I liked best, and I really felt that Teresa Giudice’s were best.” Apparently, Teresa’s ex-husband, Joe Giudice, was also impressed by Teresa’s new breasts. Awkward!

Dolores continued, “My breasts weren’t really on my priority list until I saw how good hers looked and realized how much of an improvement I could have. It really lit a fire under my ass because I knew that I could get a better result with different implants,” she added.

Dolores had her first breast augmentation after her breasts “just kind of deflated” after she gave birth to her two children. This was part of her “after-divorce [makeover],” after she ditched husband Frank. Six or seven years ago, Dolores had a breast revision surgery.

On October 26, 2021, Dolores underwent the breast augmentation surgery while still recuperating from a recent tummy tuck. Dolores had a thyroid issue which caused her implants to hang because her weight fluctuated. “Of course, nobody’s body is symmetrical, but it was such a noticeable difference, and I just wanted them done right,” Dolores explained.

“If you look in the mirror and see something that bothers you and makes you unhappy every single day and there’s a way to [change that], you should do it,” Dolores remarked. She also urged people to do the research before undergoing a cosmetic procedure. “So, if you’re going to do it, you should do it in a safe way because there are so many risks,” Dolores said. “I want people to know that.”
