Keeping Up With The Kardashians has ended and it seems like Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian are on to some major rebranding. Unless you’ve been living under a rock you’ve probably noticed Kourt is finally spending time with a man who has a full blown career. Travis Barker came fully equipped with top tier fame of his own making. As such, the two have fallen madly in love and become engaged. Don’t worry though, it was all filmed for an upcoming gimmick series. Kim, on the other hand, is moving over to the single life. After announcing her divorce from Kanye West Kim has been doing countless interviews. She’s even appearing on SNL to crack jokes about OJ Simpson on live TV. Are you dizzy yet?
It’s obvious from the announcement of their new show that Kourt and Kim need to keep themselves relevant. Kanye is unsurprisingly heading in a *different* direction. About a month ago it was reported by People that Kanye had purchased a $60 million dollar beach front Malibu home. The home was described by an insider as “perfect for Kanye.” It is said to have “an emphasis on light” and that it “clearly takes a specific buyer to appreciate this home.” It was also confirmed that Kanye has listed his infamous ranch near Cody, Wyoming for $11 million.
The real estate shuffle continues, though. Kim is now confirmed by People to have purchased the infamous $20 million Hidden Hills home from Kanye amidst their split. This is the home the couple and their children moved into around December of 2017. On KUWTK, Kanye and Kim were depicted living with momager Kris Jenner while renovations to the home took place. It took good time and money to make this house as plain as possible!
The expansive home in Hidden Hills is regarded by Kanye and Kim’s daughter North as being “all white” and “ugly”. That girl is going places. In all seriousness, from what anyone can see of this home, it is bland. It has what I would consider corridors, high ceilings, and next to no decor. While I’m sure the uber rich reality star keeps the next-to-naked house a comfortable 70 degrees at all times, I get cold looking at it.

In addition to independently taking on her former marital home, Kim is likely taking on the various legal issues surrounding it. In September People reported that a neighbor of the Kardashian-Wests had filed legal documents asking a judge to halt Kim from adding certain features to the property. The complaints listed extravagant additions including an “underground vault, subterranean parking, an attached subterranean ‘wellness center’ and a detached guardhouse.” Must be nice.
