This season of Real Housewives of Potomac is winding down. And you know what that means – reunion time! Now this isn’t just any housewives reunion. After lots of speculation, it was announced that Nicki Minaj would show up to the reunion. Apparently she’s a super fan of the show. And she has some questions for the ladies of Potomac.
Everyone wants to know who Nicki was reading and Karen Huger is here to give us the insight we so desperately need. On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Karen spilled the tea. While playing the game “The Shady Butterflies”, Karen was asked who she thinks was Nicki’s least favorite housewife. Karen responded, “I don’t think Nicki was, I don’t think anyone was Nicki’s least favorite. She’s just a real, real girl. And so she held their feet to the fire. She lit other people afire.”
Host Andy Cohen then asked, “Who were a couple that she lit?” Karen replied with a laugh, “She tore Gizelle [Bryant]’s ass up. It was so wonderful.’ She continued, “She asked questions that, you know, that normally editing cuts. And you know, I ask those. And they never make the tapes. So I’m hoping they keep that in with Nicki.” Andy seemingly confirmed that he thinks those questions were kept in.

Karen went on, “So I love that and I did love, um…what was your next question? I’m sorry, I was caught up in that moment.” She sure was. We know that Karen and Gizelle have a lengthy history and this season was no different. So it’s no surprise that Karen is living for Nicki coming for Gizelle. Now what she comes at her for, we don’t know. But I’m going to take a guess and assume it’s about Gizelle spreading rumors about Wendy Osefo’s husband Eddie Osefo cheating on her.
Wendy didn’t take too kindly to that one and Wendy gave Gizelle (and Robyn Dixon) an epic read during one episode. While Gizelle tried to defend herself, insinuating that she did Wendy a favor by defending her behind her back, Wendy wasn’t buying it. And neither were viewers. Gizelle may be a staple on the show, a master pot stirrer and comic relief. But have fans finally decided she went too far on this one? Let’s see if Nicki thinks so too.
