Remember when Fofty had to publicly humiliate Randall Emmett to get his money? It’s becoming clear why he had to take that route. Randall is, supposedly, broke. In court documents obtained by Radar Online, Lala Kent’s sugar/baby daddy/ex-fiance “claimed he was headed towards bankruptcy earlier this year as part of his court battle with his ex-wife, Ambyr Childers.” Is he not being paid to appear on Vanderpump Rules?
Apparently at the beginning of the year, Rand was “court ordered to open a bank account with his ex-wife for non-tuition related expenses for their two minor children.” Rand was also “ordered to maintain a minimum monthly balance of $50k… but… claims his money is drying up.” I’ll bet! I have no idea how supposedly wealthy people live, but 50k a month is insane. Even Charlie Sheen, who used to be a top paid TV actor, couldn’t pay that to Denise Richards. Add this to the fact that Rand’s probably a shady business man making B movies, and the whole bankruptcy thing makes sense.
“In his motion,” Radar reports, “Randall’s lawyer said his client, ‘cannot afford to fund the child support security account at a rate of $50,000 every month.” The lawyer also said, “if Randall was forced to continue making these deposits,” that he’ll “fall deeper and deeper into debt and will be forced to file for bankruptcy.” This “bankruptcy filing will not only harm Randall, but Ambyr, and most importantly, the children, as Randall is the sole income earner for the family.”
Yikes! Good thing Lala has stated in the past that she will “make sure she’s just fine with or without a man.” Let’s hope she’s not just being dramatic this time about a break-up and is actually finding a new place to live with her baby. It might be best to keep her distance from this mess.

“Randall said he already paid $5,250 a month in child support aside from the $50k bank account. He is covering $300k in expenses for the year for both kids.” He is also accusing his ex-wife of “excessive spending,” “dropping thousands on lavish vacations,” and “a brand new car.” Rand also says Ambyr’s “spending is ‘more akin to a contestant on The Price is Right than a devoted mother.”
Rand sounds awful. We know he likes to buy women expensive gifts for having sex with him, so, he obviously puts up a front that he can afford to garnish these lavish lifestyles for the women in his life. It’s clearly the only way he can get women. He’s also currently attributing his financial problems to Covid slowing down film production. But it gets worse.
Finally, Rand “revealed he owes $500k to the IRS and massive loans to the production company that he personally guaranteed.” There’s a clear pattern here of Rand promising people money that he just doesn’t have. You can probably hear 50 Cent laughing if you listen close enough right now.
