Vicki Gunvalson, a Real Housewives of Orange County OG, is being flaunted by son, Michael Wolfsmith, 36, in what can be assumed is an attempt to up his worth on the dating app, Hinge.
Page Six reported Michael is looking for love online. In his quest, he shared a photo of himself and the former RHOC reality star posing on the beach under the prompt “As seen on my mom’s fridge.”
Weird move since it has been reported Vicki, who also shares daughter Briana Culberson with ex-husband Michael J. Wolfsmith, hasn’t gotten past a COVID-19-related squabble over her son’s choice to vaccinate against the virus.
Michael apparently “broke her heart” by the decision, Vicki has said. However, Michael still has love for mom and is proud to put her on display. BTW the beach photo IS a good picture of them both, so perhaps he was just lacking selfies.
Hinge users can choose 3 prompts or questions (for which they provide answers) to enhance their profiles and let others learn more about him or her. Michael chose to answer the question what he and a would-be suitor could do together. He answered, “Use my neglected Southwest companion pass.” He added, “The continental US is your oyster, ladies.” Swoon goes a single lady’s heart with that line…as long as she doesn’t have Hawaii travel goals.

When reached for comment on why she was appearing on Michael’s Hinge profile, Vicki, who is newly single after splitting from Steve Lodge last month after a two-year engagement, said her son was likely “hoping he’d get some dates.”
She went on to add “I haven’t spoken to him and don’t really care if he does that.”
Reps for Wolfsmith and Hinge didn’t immediately return requests for comment.
OK, not sure the attention grab Michael was going for on a dating app is one that should involve his mom. Lucky in love Vicki has not been since we first met her on Season 1 of RHOC in 2006.
An original member of the RHOC, Vicki rode the wave for 14 years with constant controversy. In between “whooping it up” and continuous castmate fighting, we also watched her love drama ranging from a divorce from husband #2 Donn Gunvalson (because she claimed her “love-tank” was empty and needed to be filled) to boyfriend Brooks Ayers, and their never-ending storyline about his fabricated cancer diagnosis, then finally her courtship with former fiancé, Steve.

This is not the type of pedigree a hopeful BAE, should be reminded of Michael, while swiping right or left.
