Hold on to your hats kiddies, in case you didn’t know, (as if she hasn’t been screaming it from the rooftops), the black widow of Vanderpump Rules, Scheana Shay, is getting married… again. Baby Daddy Brock Davies popped the question after Scheana gave birth to their daughter Summer Moon Honey Davies, and after completing a prenup. As you do.
Cast member weddings are no stranger to being front and center on VPR. In fact, they are often the uncredited extras of an entire season. Who can forget Scheana’s first wedding to Mike Shay or her two piece wedding dress, for that matter? I’m guessing here, but I just bet it’s burned into Stassi Schroeder’s brain forever as the antithesis of #OOTD. And then of course, there was Scheana’s second wedding, you know the one she had with Rob Valletta, albeit only in her mind. Not to be outdone, we also got to see the wedding of long suffering couple Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz, which made more of a splash when it turned out they never actually got married in the first place. While they may not give you all the feels, VPR definitely has a history (good or bad) with weddings.
So now, the biggest question of them all is whether or not Scheana’s next wedding will be filmed for Vanderpump Rules. Wait, this is Scheana… is this even a question? According to E! News, when asked about the possibility, Scheana replied, “I’m obviously open to it. Everything in my life has been filmed up to this point. This [sic] only thing is it will technically be in the off season. So unless we change the time of filming and it’s not in the summer or we just pick up and film a wedding special. I’m open to all of that but we’re not going to get married until the end of 2022 when it’s summer there.” Sure, Jan. Like we are supposed to believe that if VPR wants to film your wedding you wouldn’t change dates, location? Call me cynical, but I’ll believe it when I see it.

The Bravolebrities plan on getting married in November of 2022 (clearly no rush to make it legal) in Bali. According to Scheana, “That is where we first said I love you to each other. That’s just a magical place for us. And I was thinking it for the honeymoon and we’d maybe do the wedding in Australia or New Zealand but we were like, ‘Why don’t we just go to Bali? Make a whole vacation out of it.’ Go for a couple weeks, get all our friends and family out there and just do a destination trip.”
May it be that our girl has learned not to rush into a wedding? Or, is she really trying to wait out the next season of Vanderpump Rules and prove that without Stassi, Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, and Brittany Cartwright that the show has nothing without her. Call me skeptical, but I think our girl is hedging her bets.
