One of the most befuddling couples in 90 Day Fiance history has to be Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou. Nicole always tried to swindle viewers into believing they had a real, honest relationship. Even though Azan wouldn’t hold her hand, made downright rude comments about her appearance and bailed on nearly every plan they ever made together.
Azan always seemed like a Grade A scammer. His Instagram is full of thirst traps. He never posted Nicole and if he does, it seems like it’s really her hacking his Instagram to make him look like a doting boyfriend. And let us not forget that he was accused of being married to his cousin and having three kids with her. Yet, Nicole believed in love and would do anything, including leaving her child in the states for months, for this man. For WHAT girl? He wouldn’t even let her stay in his house considering he has a WHOLE ASS FAMILY.
Well, after 5 years together, Us Weekly reports the two have finally called it quits. I think I speak for everyone when I say it’s ABOUT TIME. “We had much love and respect for each other, but we weren’t without our faults,” Nicole said in a statement. Yeah, his fault was that he had no interest in being in a real relationship with Nicole.
“Unfortunately, we can no longer continue our journey together,” she continued. Does this mean Nicole will be on the next season of 90 Day: The Single Life? I hope so, for her sake. She needs to find a man who, at the bare minimum, will hold her hand in public. The bar is literally on the floor.

Nicole then said she understands if the split is a “shock to many because [they] stayed strong for so long.” Girl, no one is shocked I’m sorry. I’m more shocked at Nicole’s willpower to stay with the world’s worst boyfriend for half a decade. She also asked that fans respect both her and Azan by not constantly asking questions about their breakup. Something tells me most viewers will forget about this split within a day, but I appreciate her boundary setting.
While it might seem like this would be a messy split, Nicole says they ended on good terms. “[Azan] is a good person and deserves to be happy as much as I do,” she continued. “I wish him the best.” She’s being wayyyy too nice about this, but at least it’s finally over.
