Erika Jayne Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

Erika Jayne And Tom Girardi’s Pasadena Mansion Hits Market For $16 Million In Effort To Pay Debts

We’re nearing the premiere of Season 11 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and it looks like it’ll center around Erika Jayne’s mounting legal issues. Her soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Girardi is facing federal fraud and embezzlement accusations that led to him losing his legal license. And EJ is claiming to have no involvement, even though the timing of her divorce makes it seem like she was trying to protect her assets rather than expose Big Tommy for a cheating scandal. While it sounds like most of the RHOBH ladies will sweep the situation under the rug, the newest diamond holder Sutton Stracke will apparently be doing God’s work and questioning Erika about her involvement.

Tom’s been accused of embezzling unpaid settlement funds to hundreds of victims of plane crashes, car accidents, explosions and more, totaling more than $26 million. But how else was he going to pay for Mrs. Girardi’s wannabe pop star career for $40k a month on glam? Erika is not sticking by her man, even though evidence points that she might have been more involved than she leads on. The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and Lisa Vanderpump’s too.

Erika and Tommy’s debt is rising by the day, and not even selling off EJ’s massive closet will pay it off. Which is why it’s not surprising to hear that their Pasadena mansion has officially hit the market. It was believed to be worth $16 million, but the more than 10,000 sq. ft. home is listed at $13 million, according to Radar Online. It has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and, if you remember from recent seasons, a built-in chapel. Which is ironic now, because EJ could be doing a lot of praying in there about now.

Erika moved out of the mansion a few months back. And Tom was supposed to be evicted in February, but his brother begged the court to allow him to stay due to his deteriorating health. Erika objected to the sale of the house, but like I said, they have bills to pay. And unlike reality TV stars, you can’t really swindle the feds into thinking you have more money than you actually do. It’s why she’s being accused of attempting to recover her assets amidst this whole thing. Someone burglarized the mansion a few months back.

It seems like the sale could be the reality check Erika needed. Like, their assets are frozen, more accusations come out on the daily and Tom even admitted to going through $80 million in cash. Yet she continues to make tone-deaf social media posts like Jen Shah and trying to rile up her fans before next season. But all this has proven that while it’s XXPen$ive to be Erika, not even a high-paid lawyer could do it without *allegedly* being a fraud.

TELL US – WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN TO TOM AFTER THE MANSION SELLS? DO YOU BELIEVE ERIKA HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CASE?
