This season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey truly has not disappointed one bit. We’ve had Jennifer Aydin’s iconic pool party drunk moment. Teresa Giudice is hornier than ever and is with a new man. Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga are “fighting” which may or may not be another ploy at a fake storyline. And there have been nasty feuds everywhere, from Jennifer vs. Margaret Josephs to Tre vs. Jackie Goldschneider.
The season kicked off with a bang after Tre was spreading rumors at Evan Goldschneider’s own birthday party that he cheats on Jackie. This made the Jackie bomb go off that left her and her tragic weave in shambles. She could not stop bringing up Teresa’s nasty gossip every chance she got, even after proclaiming she was “over it.” And who could forget when she confronted Teresa and made the “worst analogy ever” involving Gia Giudice doing cocaine at parties.
While the Tre and Jackie feud has finally calmed down, Gia still has some things to say about being dragged in the middle. Andy Cohen is gearing up for a special Watch What Happens Live episode featuring Real Housewives’ kids, including Gia. According to Us Weekly, a sneak peek at the episode shows Gia discussing the fallout from the analogy heard around the world. “I was completely disgusted by it. I never thought my name would be brought up,” Gia told Andy about the analogy. “And especially being on the show for so long, no housewife ever disrespected me and for one person to ever use my name in a poor manner, I was in shock.” Caroline Manzo is right, Gia really is wise beyond her years and can defend herself 10x better than her mom. Even though we know Gia will defend her parents no matter what.
Gia doubled down on being #TeamTre by saying her mom was “absolutely” right for being mad at Jackie for making the comparison. Even if Jackie proclaims it was just too complex for Teresa to understand. Andy asked Gia if Jackie apologized, and she revealed another bombshell. “Well, I honestly reached out to her because I had complaints from my sorority,” Gia said. “I was almost put in a meeting because they wanted to make sure I was OK. I dealt with a lot of things because of this analogy and I made her very aware of that.”

It seems weird that Gia had to deal with “thinkin about so many things” (I can’t help myself) before Jackie ever reached out to her. And even Joe and Melissa have defended her saying that Jackie’s apology was so heartfelt and genuine, but apparently, she had to be pushed by their own niece to make it. I’ve truly never thought this before, but maybe Joe Giudice was right with his take on the situation.
Gia went on to throw shade at Jackie’s Twitter apology, saying it was “alright” but nothing “too crazy.” And honestly, I don’t blame her. It’s pretty odd that a 19-year-old girl had to make Jackie aware of the consequences of her actions before issuing an apology. And Jackie has doubled down that she doesn’t regret the analogy, despite the potential harm it caused because she was defending her family. Jackie puts herself on a high horse when it comes to throwing digs with Tre, but it looks like Gia really is the only mature one in this situation.

The WWHL with kids special is set to premiere soon. It will feature kids across different cities, including Brielle Biermann, Riley Burruss, Frankie Catania, Briana Culberson, Gia, Shane Keough, Victoria de Lesseps, Albie & Chris Manzo, Brooks Marks, Noelle Robinson, Avery Singer, and Kairo Whitfield. Rumor has it that two ladies are pissed that their kids weren’t included, but it wasn’t Lisa Rinna or Kyle Richards who called to complain to Daddy Andy.
