Last night’s episode of 90 Day Fiance was the last installment of the Tell All. We get to know more details on two of the couples that weren’t discussed on Part 1. Things get a little spicy when the couples come face to face with the people they have had issues with throughout the season.
While Andrew continues to fight to talk to Amira, she reveals new details about their relationship. Tarik Myers and Hazel Cagalitan confront their ex, Minty. Natalie Mordovtseva confronts the woman who she believes Mike Youngquist cheated with. I would pay to be a fly on the wall when these people get home after some of the revelations we heard.
Andrew, 32 (Roseville, CA), and Amira, 28 (France)
After realizing he will not be able to confront Amira one on one, his tantrum continues all the way out into the parking lot. When the other cast members are asked their opinions, initially they feel sorry for him. But when Rebecca points out she had an uneasy feeling about one of his comments, they seem to change their tune. Amira appears and looks visibly shaken at the thought of speaking to her ex- fiancé. She reveals that her last interaction with Andrew was when she sent her engagement ring back at his request. She also sent gifts for him and his family and received no response afterwards.
Amira recounts her traumatic encounter being detained in Mexico City. But when she initially says that Andrew didn’t reach out to her once for the 3 days she is locked up, the cast begins to question her story. She then says she barely received any communication. At this point, everyone wants Andrew to be allowed back on the set to give his side of the story. But Amira stands strong and says her reasoning for not wanting to speak to him is because she is afraid of him. She accuses him of frequently being angry and screaming at her throughout their toxic relationship. She also confesses that she decided not to go to U.S. because he demanded she get pregnant as soon as she arrives or he wouldn’t marry her. Later, some of the cast admit they don’t know who to believe. Personally, I think we saw enough during the season to believe that Andrew was extremely selfish and demanding. Although their relationship may have ended abruptly, Amira may have another chance at her dreams of living in America with her new beau.
Tarik, 46 (Virginia Beach, VA), and Hazel, 28 (Philippines)
Next on the hot seat are Tarik and Hazel to talk more about their love triangle. Their ex-girlfriend, Minty is invited to join the discussion via video chat to give some insight. She believes that Hazel is jealous and is threatened by any other woman. Tariq backtracks when Minty reveals that they have been communicating recently. He claims that they are friends and has never agreed to delete her number. Huh? I could have sworn that Hazel brought this up numerous times and he said he wouldn’t contact Minty anymore. Nothing is resolved and Minty is dismissed and host moves on. I only see this issue playing out again with another woman. I think Hazel wants to have a girlfriend and a husband. But I don’t think she wants Tarik to have anyone outside of her.
Mike, 35 (Sequim, WA), and Natalie, 35 (Ukraine)
The issue of infidelity is brought up again when Mike’s friend, Sarah makes an appearance. Natalie fears Mike cheated the night he spent the night at Sarah’s house before her wedding. Apparently, when Natalie video chatted with Mike that night, he was shirtless and Natalie could be heard telling him she was going to get in the shower. Sarah claims that she only announced she was getting into the shower because she had a house full of people. She also claims her first encounter with Natalie was being called an American whore, which Natalie adamantly denies. I’m not sure who is telling the truth, but this could have all been avoided if Mike just stayed at a hotel. I guess we will just have to keep watching to see how this marriage plays out in the future. Sadly, I don’t have high hopes for these two.
