There’s hope for the next season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. This is due to all the drama surrounding Erika Jayne. She reportedly gives an open and honest account of everything going on with her divorce from Tom Girardi and all of his legal troubles. But, we’ll have to see it to believe it.
I’m doubtful because there are reports that her fellow castmates, aside from Sutton Stracke, support Erika through the debacle. (Read: they don’t hold her accountable). It’s probably because plenty of them have recently gone through messy lawsuits. I’m looking at you Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. They tend to hide their real issues from viewers behind a mirage of over-the-top glam. But thankfully, a ghost from RHOBH past threw some shade at Erika’s role in the debacle in a way only Lisa Vanderpump can.
LVP recently appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live and was asked her opinion of Erika’s divorce and legal issues. In case you forgot (probably impossible), Erika’s lawyer husband is accused of withholding money from his clients who were owed money after losing family members in airplane crashes, explosions, and boating accidents. Erika is being accused of filing for divorce (and claiming Tom cheated on her?) as a ploy to protect their assets during embezzlement claims.
Lisa has recently gotten in some legal trouble of her own, but that didn’t stop her from commenting on the situation, which she said has been “absolutely fascinating” to watch play out.

“I actually just feel so bad for the victims,” LVP said. “They’ve just kind of been watching this unfold. I don’t know, I just don’t understand all that $40,000 a month glam squad, but when you see these poor people, it’s very devastating.” She definitely wasn’t letting viewers forget Erika loved to brag about her money on and off the show —just listen to her song “XXPEN$IVE.”
Lisa said it wasn’t an easy question to answer. However, we know she has no problem throwing digs at her former castmates. She even brought up Dorit’s business issues during the show. The whole bit made us miss LVP’s dry-ass humor on RHOBH. For now, the shade from Sutton will have to suffice.
