Kelly Dodd Won't Film Real Housewives Of Orange County With Braunwyn Windham-Burke; Says "If She's On, I'm Probably Out"

Real Housewives of Orange County had a crap year and it’s difficult who to blame the most. Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter were reduced to being the condiments in a giant, useless sandwich between two pieces of unfortunate bread named Kelly Dodd and Braunwyn Windham-Burke. Poor Shannon STORMS Beador is kind of a discarded piece of lettuce clinging to the plate. There really is no prettying up this season, no matter how you slice it.

Kelly and Braunwyn were…something. Braunwyn managed to reveal numerous issues that negatively impacted both her well-being and her family. She managed to insult as many people as possible by shaming those who protect themselves from diseases and spent the remainder of her camera time unleashing her 23&Me results to prove she isn’t racist. Now Kelly is chomping at the bit and saying she refuses to film with Braunwyn going forward, and we all know how much Bravo loves an ultimatum…

Let’s review! Braunwyn is an alcoholic lesbian, who has a girlfriend but doesn’t want to leave her husband. She has also admitted to physically abusing Sean Burke and her children have been witness to her various moods because she chose filming a tv show instead of getting in-patient therapy.

Kelly did a bad number on herself by not taking the pandemic seriously and ridiculed those who did. She also decided to wear questionable swag that may or may not have been poking fun at the Black Lives Matter movement. Kelly, bless her heart, does not read the room. Though both of these ladies are in the figurative same seat with viewers, Braunwyn is probably guaranteed another season because she went full extra. For Braunwyn’s next trick, she will reveal an evil twin with a thin mustache who kidnaps the “real” Braunwyn and hides her on a deserted island somewhere a la All My Children.

Kelly pissed off Big Daddy Andy Cohen with her ignorance regarding Covid. Literally everyone was calling for her pink slip and all she had going for her was the fact that the show sucked so bad, they might retain her out of desperation. But according to Kelly, she doesn’t want to come back if Braunwyn keeps her orange. Good luck with that, Jan. Kelly shared her thoughts in an Instagram Story and Queens of Bravo posted the clip on Twitter.

Kelly said, “I know I cannot film with Braunwyn, I know for a fact that I cannot film with her. There’s just no way, and if she comes back then I’m out because I know for a fact that I cannot. She’s dangerous and calling people racists and homophobic.” Uh-huh. Hi, I’ve been fired and this is my swan song. Kelly has gone DEFCON 4 Vicki Gunvalson level of hypocrite now.

Kelly then clocked Braunie for calling her a “bad mom”. “I was traveling, yes, but I was also selling two homes. And thank God I did because I’d be stuck with four mortgages, right?” Wrong. None of us have forgotten that not only did Kelly travel, she did it in tandem with shitting on the pandemic. “I wasn’t going to party it up with the Salt Lake City chicks.”

Kelly concluded her video with, “I just can’t come back next year filming with somebody so reckless. If she’s on, I’m probably out, so that’s probably the way it goes. And by the way, she says she couldn’t film with me, so there you go.” That light thud you just heard was an orange hitting the floor.
