The prettiest mess there ever was. Erika Jayne’s split from husband Tom Girardi is some Real Housewives of Beverly Hills drama we’ve been asking for. Despite being the most watched franchise of 2020, fans are still begging for some intrigue from this cast. The gang-up on Lisa Vanderpump two seasons back followed by the communal Denise Richards drag has been exhausting. Erika to the rescue!
The grifters Giardi’s have caught themselves in a pretty impressive bind. It started with Erika filing for divorce in November. Then we all learned about the renewed fraud allegations against Tommy. But it’s expensive to be Erika, and she has since demanded alimony from her elderly soon-to-be-ex-. Uh. Which part of this being burn victim and orphanage money does she not understand?
It sounds like Erika will be bringing a victim hood vibe in the upcoming season of RHOBH. Sources close to Us Weekly have revealed that “Erika will address her divorce on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The plot thickens!
Of course, let’s not forget that Erika is facing some time for embezzlement herself. That will limit much of what she can share. The source added, “Legally, there is only so much she is allowed to say, but she has been advised on what she can put out there.”
Another source shared that Erika is “not holding back” during the Season 11 filming.

The newest season of RHOBH will welcome newest Housewife Crystal Kung Minkhoff and friend-of/sister-of Kathy Hilton. While we can assume the dusty-duster likes of Lisa Rinna will be assisting Erika in spinning this entire story to her legal benefit, it will interesting to see how new cast are introduced to the shit show. Historically, Erika has been an ice queen towards newcomers.
Sources reported “She’s going to tell her story and she’s not going to hold back. In the past when they filmed, Erika protected Tom at all costs, but this time around is going to be different.” The source added, “Rinna has been her biggest support among the cast.” Well, duh.

One thing that cameras weren’t rolling for? The doxxing of Tom’s alleged mistress. Rats! Sources claim, “She’s still in disbelief that Tom would cheat. She’s also in disbelief with all these lawsuits that are coming that no one was aware of.” Really? It sounds like everyone knew but her. They continued, “The legal issues are unfolding one after another and she’s learning as everyone’s filing. As the whole world is finding out about it, she’s finding out about it. She’s reading about it in the press before she even sees it [from her lawyers].”
Maybe this is the year we all get to learn what exactly it is Erika goes through at night.
