For some reason, Bravo’s Chat Room hasn’t been canceled yet. Despite serving up sub-par entertainment, the show is stirring up some drama.
Porsha Williams defended her good friend Monique Samuels amidst Monique’s ongoing feud with Candiace Dillard. And, well, Candiace didn’t take too kindly to that.
According to Page Six, Candiace shared some strong words about Porsha during her recent appearance on Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef. But, let’s backtrack to the beginning of this drama. Porsha said, “[Monique] felt like, the whole reason Candiace was suing her was to pay for her mom’s house. She was suing because it was a money grab.”
When Gizelle Bryant dismissed Porsha’s comment, Porsha countered, “This was said to me personally out of Monique’s mouth.”

Well, now Candiace is coming for Porsha… or at least attempting to. She dissed Porsha as “the sidekick of all.” Then she said, “I don’t know Porsha, I’ve never met her, I know her through the television like everyone else and I never had an issue prior to being sent a clip of her on Chat Room with my castmate Gizelle, lying and spreading false information — damning, defaming information — about me and alleging I was trying to sue Monique to secure a down payment on my home.”
Candiace explained, “Yes, I responded in an interview because it’s one thing for you to defend your friend, it’s one thing to talk general smack about me in defense of your friend, but when you flat out lie, yes, I’m going to address it.”

Then, Candiace warned, “She should be careful about the lies that she tells. It’s a very dangerous move.” Oh, is it? Sure, Candiace.
