Erika Jayne Posts (And Deletes) Texts From Tom Girardi's Alleged Mistress

Yesterday, ~~Erika Jayne’s publicist leaked~~ an “inside source “claimed that Erika Jayne dumped Tom Girardi due to his many infidelities. Apparently, she ignored it for years, but now she’s bothered by it. Gee, I wonder why? Could it be because the money dried up and she’s trying to escape his debts?

Also, who would have ever thought that Tom was still… ummm…. active in that way? Well, when we shared that story about Tom’s alleged affairs, many commenters weren’t believing the allegations. Well, Erika is probably reading most of those comments. She dropped some receipts herself. Well, then she deleted them, but, thankfully someone captured a screenshot.

Erika posted text messages that appear to be on an early 2000’s flip phone that she say are from a woman named Tricia A. Bigelow. If she’s a judge and Tom’s a lawyer, could that be conflict of interest? (Not that I know anything about either of their cases).

Along with the screenshots (shared by Queens of Bravo), Erika wrote, “This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was fucking my husband Tom Girardi and he was babying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery.”

Some of the texts include “Miss you, babe. Makeup sex?” Another said, “Tonight was fantastic. Really. But it would be a whole lot better if I were fucking you.” One included what I guess is a “sext,” but it’s just a picture of a woman’s butt in jeans.

One message said, “Good night sweets. Control your temper tomorrow on the stand. You are in the right.” One message was cut off, but the visible part said some store is “having their special where you get a gift card based on how much you spend. Is it ok if I spend? Pretty please?” Damn, that’s desperate.
