Recently, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills shut down production on Season 11 due to a positive covid test. It seemed like it might have been a member of the production crew who had the virus, which could still be the case, but now it’s been reported that three cast members contracted the virus.
Kyle Richards hinted that she had coronavirus on Thanksgiving when she posted an Instagram Story thanking Teddi Mellencamp for dropping off food for her family because she was feeling sick. So much for subtlety. We all assumed Kyle had the virus based on that post.
Now, TMZ is reporting that Kyle, Dorit Kemsley, and Kyle’s sister Kathy Hilton, who’s joined Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a “Friend” tested positive for coronavirus. Apparently, “they are all recovering at home and none of the women had serious symptoms,” which is a relief to hear, but I’m just hoping they didn’t spread it to anyone else when they were unaware they had it.
Apparently, there were protocols in place to insure safety during filming, including temperature checks, but that, apparently, wasn’t enough to prevent them from contracting the virus.

TMZ claimed that “all 3 ladies are in the end stages of the virus, and should be ok.”
Bravo hasn’t commented on the news at this time. We are hoping that Kyle, Kathy, and Dorit recover soon and that their families, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills crew members are all being careful and safe.
