I think we could all use some wholesome Anna Campisi and Mursel Mistanoglu content. Who doesn’t love a beekeeper love affair? Especially one that includes begging for your man to pick you over his mother at the airport before his flight OUT of the country. And yet, somehow Anna and Mursel ended up being the most realistic couple in the latest 90 Day Fiance season. Riddle me that.
Eventually these two love-bugs (get it) found their way back to each other. They were married in the season finale. Happy ending? Eh. Not if you watched the reunion episodes. My personal favorite was hearing Anna say they would lie to Mursel’s family about using a surrogate to have a baby because she can’t carry a child. She explained that surrogacy is illegal in Turkey. Uh. Okay then. I wasn’t aware you live in Turkey? Didn’t you just get done lying to them about your current three kids? This seems…shameless.
This relationship is a low(er) key hot mess. Yet there is still something so darling about this weird little bee-loving couple. Am I the only one getting Winnie-The-Pooh vibes off Mursel? Is it just the honey thing paired with his constant confusion? Yes? Okay. Obviously he has had to make a ton of changes to fit in with his new American life. Soap Dirt is reporting that he’s not the only one changing it up, either. Apparently Anna has made some “signficant” changes too. This time to her face.
That’s right. Anna felt it was time to say goodbye to her three facial moles. She made an appointment with a dermatologist to have the moles either reduced or removed. While she’s happy with the results, it’s reported that Mursel has been primarily worried about the cost of this procedure. I wonder if they used an app to argue over the mole cost. Also curious to know what Mursel’s mom thinks about the whole thing. Not.

It’s reported that Anna is happy with the results of her mole-removal. So much so she reported that they look “pretty good.” These two combined have the energy of a sloth on Sunday morning. Like you just sliced off 3 pieces of your face and that’s the most you can muster? “Pretty good?” Maybe that’s my error for expecting more out of someone still wearing flare jeans.
From the sounds of it, though, Mursel had more concerns than just the cost of the mole removal. He also wanted to know if the doctor was professional. Sure, the cost and professionalism are worthy concerns, but from this dude it just feels weird. Like he legit couldn’t answer some very basic questions at any point during this show. Now he wants a physician’s credentials? In the end, Anna admitted she wasn’t sure about the cost of her procedure. Girl, who cares? You got that honey-money, honey.

Her final statement on the matter? Anna said, “it’s my face; insurance doesn’t care.” Well okay then!
