Things aren’t always as they appear, especially on reality TV. Sometimes, a person seems like she’s happily married. And, then, all of a sudden, there’s a divorce filing in the news.
Word on the street, and by “street” I mean “according to a blind item on Instagram” a Real Housewife recently separated from her husband. As the term “blind item” suggests, no specific names were mentioned, but there were plenty of hints to narrow things down.
According to Deux Moi, this one is about a “current west coast Housewife,” which narrows things down to the cast members on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Real Housewives of Orange County.
Here’s the blind item: “A Real Housewife recently separated from her husband of many years. This one will come as a shock because her solid family life seemed to be a big part of her storyline. her social media posts seem to be her way to drop hints. She’s focused on her extended ‘hot girl summer’, her kids, and many female friends.”

Well, let’s talk about who we can eliminate from the list of possibilities. Kelly Dodd, Shannon Beador, Gina Kirschenheiter, Elizabeth Lyn Vargas, Garcelle Beauvais, and Sutton Stracke are not married.
Teddi Mellencamp just got fired from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Denise Richards just left the show.

Erika Jayne isn’t exactly known for her “solid family” life. We’ve never seen her son on the show.
This leaves Braunwyn Windham-Burke, Lisa Rinna, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, and Emily Simpson. Then again, Emily isn’t known for her “solid family life” either, despite, the claims she’s made in Shane Simpson’s defense during the most recent Real Housewives of Orange County season.

I’m not gonna throw out any accusations about who I think it is, but I do have a guess. I want to know who you think this blind item is referring to.
