Bethenny Frankel has since moved on from her place at the top of Real Housewives of New York. But one thing she hasn’t been able to move on from is her marriage to Jason Hoppy.
The spit has been full of nasty allegations and custody battles. That’s no secret. But what may come as a surprise to many fans is that it’s still going on to this day.
Bethenny appeared on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live and Entertainment Tonight brings us all the details of what Bethenny revealed.
Host Andy Cohen if she wanted to tie the knot with current boyfriend, Paul Bernon. Bethenny responded, “I’m still married.” The couple announced their split all the way back in 2012 and they have been duking it out in court ever since.

Making things even more confusing, it was widely thought that the divorce was finalized back in 2o16. But Bethenny revealed in August of 2019 that they were still legally married.
Jason’s lawyer also confirmed this and claimed that Bethenny’s lawyers were the ones holding things up. Does anyone actually believe anything Jason or his lawyer has to say? I think not.

Bethenny also spoke about her daughter, Bryn Hoppy, who she shares with Jason. She said, “Once in a while she’ll jump in a picture and wants to be a part of the program. …She likes dancing on TikTok.”
Bethenny admitted, “I spend every waking moment that I can with her. We are glued to each other. We are just quarantine partners, we are best friends, we just live for each other. I just devour her because I know that it’s got an expiration date. I hope it doesn’t and it’ll be a different relationship. It’s just the best relationship you can possibly have. It’s so amazing.”
There’s no doubt that Bethenny is a great mother to Bryn. It’s such a shame that Bryn has been a victim to this custody battle.

As for moving on, or rather back to, her housewives life, Bethenny isn’t so sure. “I don’t know. If you get my gate code and there’s a Brink’s truck full of a lot of cash. Who knows? I have a different career now as a result of not being on, just different opportunities do come because of it. It would have to be a different show. I have had ideas.”
It’s nice to know that Bethenny would still consider being a part of the show. But understandable if not, given some of those opportunities. Bethenny is launching a podcast and also has her own show in the works. I think even if Bethenny isn’t sure what’s next, her fans will be happy to see her back, even if it’s not on RHONY.
