Real Housewives of New Jersey star Margaret Josephs has never been shy about discussing her cosmetic tweaks and updates. I’m assuming it’s one of the many things she got from her momma, Marge Senior. Let’s not forget back in the day when Marge got a facelift and had her son-in-law rub her feet over it. Bless.
The rest of the RHONJ cast, including children, have also been very open about sharing their surgeries. There’s Teresa Giudice, who had multiple boob jobs. Gia Giudice got her nose done and a procedure to reduce underarm sweating. Jeal. Jennifer Aydin even has a whole husband at home to do her surgical work. With the new season filming again, maybe it was time for Margaret to get some updates.
In her latest Instagram post, Margaret shares “The Man behind The Marges New Melons.” That’s right! After receently updating her face lift The Marge decided to update the ta-tas too! I can already hear Teresa squeezing them, pretending to care, and yelling “ooohh new bubbies!!!” Please tell me this isn’t about to be another surgery storyline.
Margaret shared in her caption “ No implants. Just a reduction and a lift !! And they are JUICY melons!” She even included the tongue out winky face emoji. Nice.

Margaret shared, “@drjosephmichaels is the best and I am so excited to have him on the podcast today!…We sat down with Dr. Joseph Michaels and discussed his journey to achieving his Caviar Dream and becoming a world renowned plastic surgeon.”
If you didn’t already know, Margaret that was reference to her podcast Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget. I don’t know. Is something considered “budget” what you want from a plastic surgeon? But then again, get yours girl.

This season of Real Housewives of New Jersey is rumored to have a new cast member. Hopefully she’s a force because without Danielle Staub I’m not sure where the drama would be coming from this year. Even The Marge has said this cast may appreciate each other more after this COVID-19 shit show. Hopefully we’re not just waiting around for a year of peace, love, and juicy melons on a tuna fish budget.
