In the high-exposure world of reality TV, plastic surgery is pretty common place. So it’s not all that surprising when a housewife or Bravolebrity graces our screen with a new sort of, freshness. So many have done it and have been open about it. We recently told you about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley getting a new set of chompers. Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kandi Burruss, admitted to liposuction. To the surprise of no one who happens to have eyes, former Utah resident/Vanderpump Rules cast member, Lala Kent has detailed most of her procedures without hesitation.
The ladies of Real Housewives of New Jersey are no exception. Teresa Giudice has admitted to a boob job and even daughter, Gia Giudice, just revealed her new nose. And while Jennifer Aydin got her husband to do her cosmetic work, Dolores Catania had to hide hers from her boyfriend until the last minute. Now another RHONJ is getting that glow up too.
Fan favorite Margaret Josephs hasn’t been shy about her past facelift. But she recently revealed her updated facelift results via her new plastic surgeon’s Instagram page.
In a series of photos on the post, Dr. Mark Karolak details just what Margaret had done to her face. The post reads in part, “I am so excited to hear that filming of season 11 of RHONJ is set to resume soon. I always love getting to see my patients outside the office….whether it’s on TV, on social media, or in photos. I’ve always considered it a privilege and honor to be trusted by thousands of patients to keep them looking refreshed …. like the best version of themselves at whatever stage of life they are in.”

The post continues, “Margaret wanted to achieve a more youthful, complete and balanced appearance. She had a previous mini lift (not performed by me), which did a nice job of tightening her jawline, but she was looking for something more.”
If you swipe through the photos, they show Margaret’s before and afters. Some of what she got done includes: upper and lower eyelid lift, cheek lifted, jawline revised, and neckline revised.

That sure is a mouthful but if you check out the pics, Margaret looks amazing. It’s a subtle, yet noticeable difference. In addition to the above procedures, Margaret also got her old facelift scar revised to be less noticeable.
I’m all for doing what you want to make yourself look and feel better. I’m hoping Margaret loves the results as much as she should!
