Kenya Moore’s marriage to Marc Daly is pretty confusing to Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers. Going back to the beginning, it was perplexing when someone whose job was to share her life on reality TV, secretly got married, without the cameras. Then, it turned out that she married someone who lived and worked in a different state. Those are some challenging logistics there.
This season, Marc and Kenya’s dynamic was difficult to watch. He seemed super controlling. And, then when they split up, Kenya shared some strange information. She is not allowed to talk to Marc’s parents. She also found out that he was still texting women who were interested in him romantically. These women also had no idea he was married with a kid. SKETCHY. Even so, Kenya does hold out some hope of a reconciliation, which makes no sense to most of us.
While we are all trying to figure out why Kenya would ever want to stay in this marriage, NeNe Leakes and Marlo Hampton wondered if their marriage was ever actually legal. Not only that, but, during the RHOA season finale, NeNe also said she wondered if Kenya used her own egg to conceive her daughter. Kenya responded to the shade during an interview with Extra.
Kenya said, “Yes, I’m legally married. I have my marriage certificate. I have witnesses. [NeNe is] basically calling pretty much everyone in Turks and Caicos a lie, my family a lie… I just think that she crosses lines. She’s a vile person, and kids are off-limits.”

But, what about the egg allegations? Kenya didn’t confirm or deny the claim. However, she did remark, “I just think when people make comments like that it is to try to hurt them where they are most vulnerable… it is who she is… She is who she is. She’s never going to change.”
Kenya concluded, “It doesn’t need to be. I have been a target of her attacks because I simply have seen her for who she is. She never supported me during my pregnancy and even now that my beautiful baby is here… making these accusations and targeting my family.”
