Poor Vicki Gunvalson, can’t we she get a break? After receiving a humiliating demotion on Real Housewives of Orange County, other troubles continue to plague Vicki. The serial liar black cloud known as Brooks Ayers just won’t go away. Viewers took a long and painful journey while Vicki was involved with Brooks. The man was responsible for quite possibly the most devious scandal in Housewives history, and Vicki stood by his side every step of the way.
During Victim and Brooks’ courtship, Vicki managed to lose fans, friends, and her dignity. Her blind devotion to someone lying about having cancer resulted in some severe consequences. Vicki didn’t just invite Brooks into her love tank, she invited him to do business with her. Vicki’s Vodka was a total failure business venture created in the hopes of fattening their wallets and keeping Brooks in new dentures. It didn’t exactly turn out that way. Even though the couple is done, in March of this year, Vicki sued Brooks for breach of written and verbal agreements, as well as fraud. But Brooks has another plan and it doesn’t include writing Vick a check. Thus the saga continues in the agonizing neverending tale of Vicki and Brooks.
Here’s an easy question. What don’t you give a boyfriend who falsified medical documents and was accused of not paying child support? If you’re smart, you don’t give him the time of day in the first place. But if you are Vicki you give him around $300k. “Loaning” Brooks a sum of money many people won’t see in their lifetime was pathetic a generous move by Vicki, but she should go ahead and kiss that cash good-bye.
According to Radar Online, Brooks doesn’t want to pay up. Who thought he would? Vicki was thisclose to finally closing the Brooks chapter. He ignored her initial lawsuit but now he is fighting back. Court papers in Nevada show a hearing was set for November 8. Brooks declined to acknowledge the suit prompting a potential default judgment against him. No parties attended the hearing but Brooks’ lawyer communicated that further proceedings will be held on December 6. Nothing says Fa La La La La like see you in court!

Vicki’s original complaint stated, “Commencing in or about 2011, Plaintiff Gunvalson and Defendant Ayers entered into a series of loans wherein Ayers borrowed various amounts of money from Gunvalson and Gunvalson agreed to loan such amounts to Ayers.” Isn’t Vicki supposed to be an outstanding businesswoman? Aren’t we all supposed to be following Vicki’s blueprint for financial success? Not when the lender is on an eternal search for men and casseroles. Legal papers showed, “Ayers acknowledged the balance due on the loans in the amount of $184,899 to Gunvalson,” and Brooks apparently agreed to provide “an accounting of all sums paid to him in various income streams.”
Vicki claimed Brooks did not pay her back and failed to provide accounting as stated in the agreement. But wait, there’s more! At BravoCon, a fan asked Vicki about the active lawsuit and Page Six has the details. Vicki said, “I’m going to get that guy.” Just like she’s always wanted! Then Vicki included this little nugget, “I’m going to get him. We have our next hearing in December. I’m going to get him, I’m going after him for lying.” Did you hear that, you guys? She is going after him for LYING! HAHAHAHAHAHA! Vicki’s moral compass points straight to hell, so I’m not sure who she is fooling. If she wins, she should donate the entire lot to St. Jude’s, but that’s just my opinion.

In any event, prepare for the Rapture because if Vicki and Brooks show up in the same building, sparks are sure to fly. The OG may or may not be consulting with a voodoo priestess prior to the hearing in an effort to vex Brooks with the eternal curse of providing her with daily affirmation cards. We will have to wait and see if she gets the money and finally learns her lesson or if she is once again the “victim” of Crooks Brooks Ayers.
