Usually, it’s “bad” news when Joe Giudice is in the headline. Whether it’s legal issues, the possibility of deportation, or the cheating allegations in his marriage, it’s very rarely positive when his name is mentioned. Especially in recent years.
Well, there’s some good news. No, it has nothing to do with his looming deportation. Joe has finally joined social media. That’s right, he is on Instagram. Could he be selling fit tea and subscription boxes in the near future? Or is he trying to make sure he can share his side of the story when he and estranged wife Teresa Giudice eventually split. We all know it’s coming, right? Or maybe he is just ready for some human interaction after a 41-month prison stint and months locked up in an ICE detention center. Regardless, Joe’s Instagram presence is my new favorite thing.
Let’s get down what we all want to know. Yes, Joe and Teresa are following each other. At least their estrangement doesn’t trickle down to social media. He is also following his brother-in-law Joe Gorga, who returned the favor with a follow back. And, of course, he’s following his daughters who have Instagram accounts. That was a given. He’s not following his sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, which isn’t exactly shocking. I don’t remember these two ever having any sort of relationship. She follows him though!
Joe is also following Dolores Catania and her ex-husband Frank Catania, which makes sense since he’s known them for decades. He also clicked “follow” on RHONJ OG cast member Dina Manzo’s Instagram profile.

As someone who just joined social media for the first time, Joe only has ten posts as of now. It looks like he’s catching up with friends and family, having a nice time while he waits for a deportation decision from the judge. Get ready for this one though: Teresa and Joe Gorga’s father has been in Italy spending time with his son-in-law. Joe shared some pictures and videos of Nonno over the past couple days. That’s so special. I also just flashed back to Joe Gorga’s Season 3 jealousy over his father’s love for Joe Giudice. Hopefully, that’s all good these days. Joe Giudice has enough problems in his life.
But, getting back to the social media of it all, I can’t wait to see the photos Joe shares when the girls visit. Will he include Teresa in a post or two?
