If only Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice had worked half as hard making an honest living as he has with trying to stay in the U.S., he wouldn’t even be in this predicament.
Ever since he was found guilty of fraud back in 2014, Joe has been faced with the possibility of being deported to Italy. And it appears as though Joe’s time in the U.S. is limited.
After serving a 41-month jail sentence, Joe was taken into ICE custody. And the former reality star has been detained ever since. Joe immediately began to furiously fight to remain in the country with his wife, Teresa Giudice and their four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.
Well, according to documents obtained by Radar Online, Joe has been presented with a final hurdle to overcome. The Third Circuit Court, on September 12, denied Joe’s request to extend the time he has to file a brief. He must now stick with the October 15 deadline.

Back in July, Joe submitted a brief to the court. It stated the reasons why he should be allowed to remain in the United States. The Attorney General then filed a 40-page rebuttal outlining the reasons why the immigration judge’s ruling to deport Joe should remain in effect.
On September 11, Joe requested an appeal bond in the hopes of being released from ICE custody pending the courts ruling on his immigration status. And, according to a source, if his request for an appeal bond is denied Joe will “pull his appeal and get ready to go to Italy.” Apparently, Joe is tired of being detained while fighting his deportation.

Do you know one person who doesn’t seem to be losing any sleep over this? Joe’s wife Teresa. Who has been seen hanging out with a much younger male “friend.”
Teresa has even stated that if Joe were to be deported the two would separate. I wonder if she is anxiously waiting to see if Joe will be deported. Or, is she anxiously waiting to see if he will be allowed to stay? Once again the Giudice family, and us viewers, are left waiting to see what the courts ruling will be.
