Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter has been going through a lot this year. She was arrested for DUI on February 1st. Cops pulled Gina over yet again because she was using her cell phone while driving on February 6th.
Gina was scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court for her DUI charges on February 28, 2019. But Gina did not show, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Gina’s lawyer had incorrectly filed paperwork to postpone the case, and there was a miscommunication with the court. Gina was in the clear as far as missing her court date.
But RHOC star Shannon Beador heard right away from an attorney that she knows that Gina skipped her court date. Shannon FaceTimed Tamra Judge on the show to spread rumors report that there was a warrant out for Gina’s arrest. “Why didn’t her attorney friend Emily [Simpson] say, ‘No, I think you need to be there’?” Shannon commented. “Why isn’t her attorney friend Emily representing her?” Tamra responded. These two of the Tres Amigas are working overtime going after Emily. Because everyone knows that this situation is all Emily’s fault.
In an interview with toofab, Emily explained why she could never represent Gina. “That was the stupidest conversation I’ve ever seen. I mean, does Tamra wanna go to a podiatrist and get her boobs done again?” Emily asked. Of course, Tamra is a pro at having breast surgery since she has had it done five times. Good point, Emily.

Emily continued, “I mean, that was the stupidest conversation ever. I practice copyright law. I should never represent Gina in a criminal matter, at all.” She concluded, “I am her friend and I will support her as a friend, but a copyright attorney should not represent someone in criminal court, ever,” Emily concluded.
Gina finally resolved the issue on July 9 and plead guilty to one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or more and to one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol. She received three months’ probation. Gina must also complete six months in an alcohol offender program and perform 20 hours of community service.

But sadly, Gina also was dealing with serious problems with her husband. She filed for divorce from her husband Matt Kirschenheiter in April of 2018. We never actually saw Matt on camera. According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Gina claimed that she was violently attacked by Matt in June of 2019 at their home. Gina alleged that Matt was “saying he was going to kill me” while the children were at home. Yikes! Cops arrested Matt and Gina obtained a temporary restraining order.
According to a separate article in The Blast, Gina and Matt filed a judgment with the court regarding their divorce on August 14. The judge will grant their divorce on December 31.

Another Orange County couple’s marriage is under intense scrutiny these days. Emily is a successful lawyer. Her husband little bitch Shane Simpson is not…again. After ignoring his family and holing up to study for the California Bar exam at a hotel, he failed to pass the test. US Weekly is reporting that Shane took the test again this summer.
Shane is so rude and hurtful to his wife that it is heartbreaking to watch. I wish that Shane would either get a personality transplant and learn to appreciate and value his wife and family or take his “sarcasm” elsewhere. Emily and her children don’t deserve it.
